I made an order 2 days ago, paid but I did not receive any confirmation mail. In my account no order saved.
After 2 days nobody replyed to my assistancr request…just credit card money transfert has been done!
Bad service, worst customer care ever

I made a one-time purchase and a month later I accidentally discovered that I had been automatically subscribed to the service. Truly scammy behaviour.

Delivery - My order was shipped 5 days after purchase, but then took another 14 days to be delivered. There was a note in my confirmation email that delivery could take between 6-10 business days. On the 10th business day, I wrote to customer service checking in, and no one ever bothered to respond. Luckily products came a few days later (around 12-13 business days) but I wasn't impressed with the lack of customer service. Also, if delivery is regularly taking that long, there is a problem in the overall service that should be assessed. Whether that's the companies fault OR the postal service, I don't know but 19 days for delivery is excessive.

Products - I order 4 packages of WC Activ Tablets. The package was ripped on 2 of them upon delivery. For this reason, I opened each package to count how many tablets were there. The two ripped packages and 1 closed package, only had 19 tablets (meant to have 20). Seems odd that the quantity would be wrong for 3 out of 4 items on the same order, including 1 sealed package. It's also unfair.

I also order a refill of Gel WC. I didn't have good luck with the product the first time around but thought it was just a fluke and I would give it another try. Same issue though, I can't get the powder to melt. It just leaves just chunky bits in otherwise water so it doesn't actually become a gel or really come out of the bottle easily.

I ordered on the 3rd of October. In theory despatched on 5th October, still waiting. The product, six packets of refill for dish detergent powder, was sent by some format called "big letter" through notorious Poste Italiane not BRT courier as before, the Italian ecological courier who were reasonably fast and very efficient communicators. Not the first timeI have had a bad experience with Poste italiane delivery being either unbelievably slow or not happening at all. I love the product, but the delivery service is atrocious.

I appreciate the refund. When Everdrop stops using Poste Italiane I may re-order.

I just received my package with dishwasher tablets. Unfortunately, we started with bad impression - all three boxes are damaged, there is powder all over the box . I believe if you position yourself as environmentally friendly company which advertise extremely aggressive against “old school” , you should follow the lines. Very disappointing

everything is good. I like them too much and I will order them again. Their quality is perfect. I suggest to my friends. as I study sustainable development I always support this sort of product.

I have exclusively been using their dishwasher tablets and laundry detergents since I moved into my brand new, fully renovated home with NEW PLUMBING and NEW APPLIANCES in Feb. 2023 only to find a little over a year later that their products have fully blocked all the plumbing in my NEW kitchen and NEW spare bathroom where my washer is located. We had to call plumbers and when they opened up our kitchen pipes, found meters worth of the white dishwasher tablet residue totally blocking everything. In the spare bathroom, which we only use for the washing machine, we also see that water doesn't drain from the other fixtures any longer, but we cannot open up the pipes unless we take a sledgehammer to our tiles to do so - let's hope it doesn't come to that but we are stopping use of the products immediately.

A full refund wouldn't even begin to cover the damage of their products.

Paking could be improved. Product arrives mostly in danaged pakaging.

Everdrop products are good come in minimal packaging and last a good amount of time
I have used them for about a year also the spray bottles are good quality so I have not replaced them yet

Worst customer service ever. The parcel wasn’t shipped since 6 days. When I wrote that I won’t be able to receive the parcel as I will be out for holidays, the service didn’t reply anything.
