Angebotenes Tool "SMART BUSINESSPLAN" wenig intuitiv!

Für die Erstellung eines Businessplans hatte ich mich für ein Tool des Anbieters "EVEREST GmbH" auf der Grundlage einer Empfehlung seitens meiner Hausbank entschieden. Trotz meiner persönlich vorhandenen Fähig- u. Fertigkeiten sind die inhaltlichen Anforderungen für den eigentlichen Zweck unangemessen hoch. Insgesamt hatte ich € 550,00 für ein Tool investiert, welches mit einer unbegründeten Komplexität verbunden ist. Diese Erfahrung ist für mich sehr enttäuschend.
