Unreliable Power & Unethical Business Practices

Power outages in 2016 caused by Utility B line never being connected since the start of this DC and when a digger went through Utility A they had no incoming power at all.

A Datacentre that claims to have dual power clearly did not. To make matters worse their Triple Diesel Generators failed. Caused by a software issue. They claim to test these generators on a regular basis but surely, they would have found the fault before the major incident last year if they were tested.

Customer Service staff are rude a not helpful. Had my server powered-off by staff, refusing to do business with me anymore without proper notice. Didn't give me time to migrate services and blocked access to retrieving my equipment during this emergency that they had created. As a result many of my customers were left without vital IT services.

A joint lawsuit is still being prepared against this organisation and I look forward to the day when we can get justice in court. Such a shame that a lesson in ethical behaviour has to be learnt the hard way.

Been using Everest Data Centres for …

Been using Everest Data Centres for some Colo Kit for more than 2 years now and I love it. Good pricing, clean, secure, fast ticket replies, easy to sign in and get to the rack. I am about to add some more kit in there.

Good value and good quality

Good value and good quality. Apart from the one issue mentioned below, now fully explained and remedial actions implemented, we've had an excellent experience here over the past three years, up to five racks now. Great onsite support, saves us having to visit, really helpful

Excellent DC provider

We've been a client for 4.5 years now and the service has been excellent. High spec facility at better prices than we've found anywhere else by some way. Really good for network pricing too.

Everything is very automated as well, which works well for us. Can do everything through the online portal, including booking access which is 24/7. Get incredibly fast replies to tickets compared to other DCs we use as well.
