Travel vax - great experience
I have taken my family here for travel vaccinations and had a great experience. The pharmacist we dealt with was a lovely guy and a real professional who went out of his way to source the vax we needed. Highly recommend.

I knew I had a water infection but…
I knew I had a water infection but didn’t meet the protocol for antibiotics. 4 hours later I was at the walk in and confirmed water infection and prescribed antibiotics. I just wasted NHS time - I don’t have history of water infections but when I have one I know.

Our pharmacists must follow nationally agreed clinical guidelines when supplying antibiotics through NHS services, and unfortunately we cannot prescribe outside of those criteria, even when symptoms are suggestive of an infection.
