Helpful and knowledgeable customer care via chat
I was assisted by Rusette via the chat function, and she provided excellent customer service by answering a few questions I had about an item i was considering for a bulk order.
Her screenshots showing real-time ordering configurations and shipment timelines were extremely helpful in adding a visual clarity to my uncertainty.
Although I haven't placed an order yet, this level of customer care gives me the confidence to follow through and place that order knowing there is dependable customer support if / when needed.

I love this company
I love this company, im on my 3rd order now. Not one problem, great communication. Everything was perfect.
I would advise you to download the app, it definitely makes the tracking easier and give plenty of time for delivery.
I also try stick to buying free shipping items to keep my costs low.

There were a few items on my order that they were out of stock, but I was quickly refunded before my order even shipped. If you are wondering if this is one of those 'too good to be true' websites, it's not. I had a great experience and would recommend to my friends and family.

i am living he same i have 5 orders that are with no delevrry update since a mounth and have no help at all from everful and according to there late shipping policy they should be paying me gut again its dead silent from their part they cancelled my last order because i had place chargeback action for my lost orders and now they refuse to give me my money for that order that they cancel and now they dont answer me anymore so be careful with theme all i have been living with theme is a real mightmare that does not end AND THEY LIKE DOUBLING THE PRICE OF WHAT YOU BUY THE MOST

Over the past three months, you've placed several orders with us, all using the same sea freight shipping method due to the type of products purchased. Throughout that time, our support team has done its best to explain what to expect, including that tracking typically remains unchanged while shipments are at sea and resumes updating once they reach the destination country.
We completely understand that waiting without new tracking updates can be concerning. Whenever your orders exceeded our expected transit times, we honored our late shipping policy and provided compensation where applicable.
Regarding your most recent order, it was canceled after a chargeback was opened while it was still being processed. Once a chargeback is initiated, we're unable to continue processing the order, so it was canceled and a refund is being issued through the appropriate process.
We know this hasn't been the experience you were hoping for, and while we can't provide updates that haven't yet been made available by the shipping carrier, we've remained committed to responding to your inquiries and supporting you throughout the process.

A Great Product Backed by Great Service
We've ordered the 12ml perfume bottles with the bamboo caps several times now, and we couldn't be happier with them. The quality is fantastic, and our customers absolutely love them! Our store is just a short walk from the beach, so the size is perfect for slipping into a purse, beach bag, or carry-on. They're one of our best-selling fragrance products.
Every order has arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Everything is wrapped and protected so there's no worry about bottles arriving broken, which is something we really appreciate.
I also want to give a shout-out to Harold Mendoza. I reached out with a question about shipping costs, and even though he's still waiting to confirm the details with his team, he's been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants to make sure you get the right answer instead of rushing a response.
Great products, reliable shipping, and excellent customer service. We'll definitely continue ordering from them!
