Very bad experience
I placed an order for two windows and a door with Everglade Windows Ltd One time and I paid it in full in advance. They confirmed to me that the order would be delivered to my house next week. No delivery took place as promised. I kept calling them every day to find out what the status of the order was and every time i got a different excuse: One time, he promised to deliver them the second day, another that the lorry was late, a third time that the lorry was broken, etc. After one week of excuses, i finally learned that the items were still not ready.
They promised to give me discount but the sales director sent me an e-mail informing me that (As a gesture of goodwill, what I can agree is that if you place any future orders with us, I can apply extra goodwill discount for you).
