I've been ordering here for 3 years and its the best!!!

I am from former USSR and this site is the Only site I go to for mumiyo. I tried Amazon and I would not suggest buying Shilajit: they are slightly different. In my opinion, mumiyo is just better. I have been buying it here for almost 3 years now and I don't have any problem. I just want to tell PEOPLE: U NEED TO GIVE IT TIME TO WORK AND U WILL BE SEEING RESULTS. I LOVE THIS SITE AND THEIR ITEMS COME DIRECTLY FROM SIBERIA.

Excellent after sales service

Had a leak on a water but so I contacted Emily at evergreener I could not have spoken to a more helpful person I sent here a picture of the leak and she said they would replace it for free as it was still under the 5 year warranty that's what I call customer service thank you eveener

Terrible communication and long delays

Ordered my waterbutt a month ago. I have emailed on a weekly basis to find out where it is. I had one email a few weeks ago saying it will be delivered within 7 days. Still no sign of it and no longer getting any responses from the company. Cannot find a phone number to contact them. Very disappointing. Will now cancel the order.

Read other reviews about long waits - they are true.

I ordered a composter and base in April - when a month had passed and I hadn’t had any communication from them I asked for an update. A week later the composter arrived, but no base. They haven’t been able to tell me when/if I will ever receive the base, so I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. A complete waste of time. I did read reviews saying about long waits, and really wish I’d avoided this company.

The base finally arrived and the company had already issued a refund. They now say I can keep it all. I think they are a well meaning company, but they really need to sort out their delivery and communications.

Very Happy ~ Thank You Evergreener

My waterbutt arrived last week. It's already half filled from todays rainfall so very happy. It took 12 working days to arrive. I found the Evergreener communication to be a bit 'flakey'. I called a week after ordering to get some idea on delivery, I was none the wiser after the call. I eventually received an email to say it was being processed and it arrived a few days later. I do think they need to sharpen their act on the delivery status of orders - especially when they have so many negative reviews on trust pilot. Small things make big differences in customer service.

Ordered two smaller butts so we could…

Ordered two smaller butts so we could move them out of site of the patio to give us more space and got rid of the chunky TW one.
We dealt with a wonderful lady called Emily who very patiently helped us what to order so we could get two smaller butts round the corner out of sight.
She was very patient.
Then there was no rain😂 so no review till now when it chucked it down today.
Absolutely brilliant company to deal with especially with Emily’s help.
Really pleased with product quality .

customer service very good, packing/dispatch not so hot

Ordered two water butts a connector and 2m of extension hose. Butts arrived but nothing else. Contacted customer service via email and they were very quick in their response and immediately sent out the missing items. The problem then was that the extension hose was the wrong one so I had to contact customer service again. Again their response was quick and appropriate but the hose still hadn’t arrived after another ten days so I had to contact customer service again at which point it was delivered a couple of days later. So I can’t say it was the smoothest transaction ever but I am still giving the company four stars as I have to say the customer service was very good in terms of speed and professionalism of replies. My feeling is be polite throughout and they will resolve the problems for you. I think really it’s the packing/dispatch side of things that’s at fault rather than the customer service - they were always spot on, speedy, helpful and polite. The products seem fine too.

Great customer service

I can't understand why Evergreener has such bad reviews ...unless they're learning from their lessons. I ordered a two garden water butts from them and one had a faulty blanking nut on it (it was either cross threaded or just drilled at a really bad angle) so the tap leaked when it was inserted. I told them and after sending them a photograph they sent another one out straight away . They even threw in some extra gaskets and connectors for joining the butts together for the inconvenience ...oh, and I got to keep the faulty one, which I patched up and used for something else so altogether it was a good experience. Would definitely use them again.

Bad communication and delivery

I ordered 2 compost bins, 2 bases, 1 aerator and 3 rolls of compostable liners. Within a week they called to ask for a £35 delivery charge which I paid. 3-4 weeks later I received 2 bins even though delivery note said all was delivered. Called and emailed to advise only bins arrived. I was told they would look into the order and sort it ASAP! I then received 2 emails about 10days later from courier regarding 2 deliveries from evergreener. I received 1 package containing 2 bin liner rolls. Next day I received empty tube and 2 bases. I’ve sent numerous emails to both different emails address including the one which I received from them. My emails have returned undelivered. I know we are in unprecedented times due to covid, but they were quick off the mark for delivery payment. Everything else with customer service STINKS. AVOID at all times.

Totally disgusting company

Totally disgusting company. I ordered 4 very large water butt kits on 12th December they did not notify me of my order I had to chase them to acknowledge it. then 6PM on the 30th of Decemeber a Lithuanian guy turned up with the water butts but not the kits, now they say it will be further 14 days to complete my order.

BUYER BEWARE these people are rubbish!

Terrible company

Terrible company. They are hiding behind the COVID situation, but I've been waiting for a missing part from my order since the beginning of the year. Their phone lines aren't working "due to COVID", so you can't even speak to someone about the situation. They take 3 weeks or longer to reply to an email, and then they don't even bother reading the email, they just send you a generic one liner which tells you they haven't even read the email in the first place, what is the point!! Stay away from them.

Serious parts missing from delivery

Whilst acknowledging the delays due to Covid I have waited nearly 3 months for my delivery. It eventually arrived this morning with only 1 of the 5 items. Very unhappy customer as there are no phone lines open I cannot even speak to someone.

Have given only one star so that I can write a review if you are hoping to buy a product from this company I wouldn’t bother I thought I had purchased a compost bin on 11/4/20 money taken from bank 6/5/20 supposedly despatched 8/6/20 and have still not received it despite several attempts to email asking for courier name it was despatched with no reply considering going to trading standards so buyer beware

Ordered 2 months ago no sign of my…

Ordered 2 months ago no sign of my compost bin , no reply to my emails and so i have asked my credit card company to.investigate now ... had one email saying it was sent middle of may but where the order number tracking number and courier details should have been it was empty.

What an awful company

Within a couple of hours of posting this review i had an email saying i.would get a refund, shame they chose to ignore all other communication, unfortunately i had no explanation , ordered from amazon now

Hotbin Mk2 Composter......

Read reviews on the Hotbin Mk2 composter before making the purchae. Placed the order with Evergreener.com and the bin arrived in due course, well protected and delivered by DPD just under two weeks ago..

My main worry was to get the Hotbin 'started', but the instructions were great! Prepared and 'fed' the bin as suggested.... within 48 hours the heat on the thermometer in the lid was 50%. Mid-morning today,(25/05/20} the temp gauge on the lid read 63%, but on inserting the second thermometer in the compost itself, the reading was around 74%, and the garden waste was visibly turning dark and composting well!

First impressions? Money well spent, and we look forward to harvesting our first lot of compost from the Hotbin in sone five months time! Seems far more efficient than a 'cold compost and is a good companion to our wormery! Buy with confidence!

Superior quality

Water butts arrived well packaged and are sturdy items. Quality appears much better that the majority available from retail outlets for less cost.
Don't understand the other comments complaining about delivery times; it clearly states on the website that lead time is up to 28 days, which they honoured, and gave a weeks notice of the exact day then an hours time slot on the day.
