Evergreen Direct Media offered to put together artwork for our business free of charge, so that was a major plus.

Great to work with
Stacy was great to work with as our point of contact. However, I had to keep my eye on the revisions as they were sent since they did not always do what was requested making the changes. Fortunately, I kept good records and reviewed my requested changes to what was actually changed and found a few items that were missed. Other than that, my experience was 4.5 stars.

Overall, very happy with the experience
Their process, once I understood it, was easy. I would have given it 5 stars if the communication had been a little clearer. For example, explaining how the process went from the beginning, like in the first paragraph of the first email. And when the quality of the headshot was questioned so I resubmitted, I had to ask several times its status before I was told they would look at the headshots again once we got the advertisement right. Being told that sooner would have been appreciated. However, once I understood it, the process was good, and I was happy with the results.
