Appalling customer service. As with many others, I to ordered a gilet only to find it much smaller than anticipated. I returned it at my own cost then have had no refund. My big mistake was ordering a bigger size to speed things up and being under the assumption I would be issued with my initial refund. Absolute chancers. DO NOT ORDER FROM EVERHEAT.

Exactly the same experience as other. Product too small and shabby. Delay in sending return details then when returned no refund.
I bought due to endorsement of Gary Neville. Bad decision. Got another from Amazon which was cheaper and has been perfect.

Like many others that have left reviews, product is way smaller than the size guide, I tried to contact them for a return for 10days. I then returned the gilet at my own cost 17 days ago multiple emails and still no refund, I am now going to my bank to raise a claim.DO NOT BUY
Update on 1/3/25, I have now received my refund but not without many emails stating my intentions and even after the email stating that the refund had been processed it was 4 days before it was a pending transaction on my account, please do not go anywhere near this seller…

Dont waste your money with these con men. Absolute joke of a "company". The gilet is packed, ready for collection as they said they'd sort a return, then come back a week later offering to send a new one. I just want my money back because the one I recieved, to be fair, is beyond shabby.

I never received my order. Also never got a refund. Customer service is shockingly poor. No phone number to call so you have to email and it takes them a week to get back to you with the next excuse/lie that they don’t have your size in stock or that it has been shipped but cannot give a tracking number. Please please please do not buy anything from this company!!!!!!!

Sizes are way smaller than stated.
Emails and support form completely ignored.

If I could give a zero score I would. Delivery terrible and sizes way too small than meant to be . Contacted by email several times and still no response. £70 down the drain. How do I get my money back Gary Neville?

Very poor contact.
Sizes are way off, i am a medium, ordered a large, and thats way to small.
Trying to exchange for an XL, no contact, requested a refund, no contact.
Shame Gary neville endoresed this product/company.
Wouldnt even entertain purchasing from these, kep hold of your money.
As far as im concerned they've stolen 70 quid from me.

I really wish I had read some of these reviews prior to purchasing. To be honest I actually thought if Gary was advertising this product then it must be ok. The plus points are, it is was easy to order, arrived quickly but then thats it. I ordered a large but the item that turned up is no where near a large, (I haven't put that much weight on over Christmas) I can not even get the zips to meet. So I have tried to return the item, four times, over the last four days...nothing! You only have 7 days to return. I do not hold out much hope.

I just want to write a review because there are so many bad ones but I ordered a gillet and yes it took a while to be delivered but the customer services kept me updated and it did eventually arrive and my partner absolutely loves it. Well made, excellent quality.....worth the wait. Thank you

Turned up late, size is a small when it should be a large, poor quality and no way to heat as no power source included. All instructions in Chinese. Have seen that return is at my cost…

Avoid at all costs

Do not buy from Everheat - Gary Neville should be ashamed to advertise this Company - 21 days and no delivery. Phone number doesn’t exist. Avoid

3 weeks on - no delivery, have disputed via my credit card company and have received an email saying that it was held up somewhere and could I close the dispute? No way, you cant sell products like this... Very poor.

I was at my wit’s end trying to work out why my water consumption had increased over the last six months. Yorkshire water seemed to think I had a leak and I had been trying to locate it with the help of neighbours and family for a week. Liam always services my boiler so he came and checked everything and could find no evidence of a leak. After checking my meter readings he realised that I had mistaken the value of the digits- there is an invisible decimal point before the last digit! So I hadn’t been using thousands of litres a day after all. The increased consumption coincided with my new (powerful) bathroom shower earlier in the year. He was so kind - I am an elderly widow on my own - and he took time to calmly and logically work out the problem. Saved me even more unnecessary mental anguish not to mention unnecessary cost.

Scam avoid! Can’t get in touch with the company and no items received.

I agree, do not buy. The worst customer service ever, in a couple of cases they denied I had ordered. It has still not arrived. I had intended to try and get my money back if it does arrive, but I think I am going to be disappointed. A complete scam. I have informed my credit card and cancelled the card too so they cannot extract any more money. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SCAM

Took forever to deliver and when you follow the returns advice no one replies. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I have called the number on the website which is disconnected. Do not order from this company. The item itself is poor and in no way worth the money they charge and once you pay for something you will never get a response or your money back

Don’t order from this company! Delivery time poor. When I emailed chasing delivery I got a response but when I emailed for returns details no response. Item poor quality
