Seamless from start to finish. Being to unwell to actually go out and have my medication made up this service is outstanding. Highly recommended and would be more than happy to use again.

Thanks for placing your order with us, I'm sorry you've been unhappy with the cost of delivery. We offer click-and-collect for free, which many customers use to save time queuing at pharmacies. Our delivery price starts at $6.69 in capital cities, which is what we're charged by Australia Post - we don't mark up their prices.

Easy process from start to end

My e-script was easy to order online and delivered in a timely manner. The added postage fee of $10.00 for a 20g tube was expensive though.

The web site lacks basic commercial funtions.
The web site is very amateurish. It lacks many funtional basic commercial requirments which would help manage and monitor ones account. For example there is no way of going back over previous purchases if one needs to monitor what has been ordered. For example recently I ordered some medicine on EVERMED. At first I was going to have them delivered but then realised I needed other medicine which was not able to be obtianed though this platform. So I paid for the order online but chose the pick up option. When I went to the Pharmacy I put in the manual scripts before picking up the Evermed script. When we went to check out they charged me for all of the medicine inclduing the ones I had already paid for online through EVERMED. I got home and relaised the mistake and went back. The first thing I was asked for was proof that I had paid for the EVERMED medcine on line. I had none becauce the platform does not allow you to print or download a copy of the transaction once the order is paid for and you have moved on. This is an incredible short coming that has proven to be very frustrating on several occasion. If I were to find another paltform that provides this servise I will leave EVERMED in a flash.
