On 6/13/2024 I ordered two glass Evermire 2-in1dispenser bottles for “discounted “ price of $35.99. On 6/19/2024 I received email stating my order is “on its way”. On 6/24/2024 an envelope with no padding arrived with two shattered glass bottles from Evermire I immediately notified Evermire. They asked me to send pictures of shattered bottles. I sent pictures. Twice because they didn’t respond for several days after I sent pictures. Isabella Baines from customer service finally responded saying they would ship the replacement bottle. (Not BOTTLES) I responded that there are two shattered bottles and to please replace two bottles.I received one replacement (After all, they shipped glass in regular envelope with no padding. So of course they shattered during shipping.)
Now, Ms Isabella Baines is ignoring my emails. Today is August 21,2024 and no one at Evermire is responding to my emails. And to make matters worse, I see on Amazon 2 Evermire bottles selling for $15.99!! What a scam. WHAT A LOUSY COMPANY WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. ESPECIALLY MS ISABELLA BAINES. She should not be employed any longer.

I bought this through a Facebook ad. I was hesitant/skeptical but thought the product would be useful for my new outdoor griddle. I ordered 2 and they came within 2 weeks. They work great and really help with an outdoor griddle. One of the sprayers was missing the necessary tube to draw the oil up. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement which came in a couple of days separately. Outstanding customer service and I like the product and price!

Totally a scam. Do Not Buy from this company!!! I got the order after 3 weeks. Part of the order is wrong and one of the bottles was completely shattered in shipping. Tried to contact the company through email…no response. Tried to call them…number is disconnected. Total waste of money.

I got this for myself and my parents to replace multiple contains of oils/sprays on our kitchen counters. We love it! It is easy to use and a great replacement for our other wonky bottles/spray cans!

After ordering a two sprayer set (from the Evermire site through Facebook), I did not receive a confirmation email from Evermire, I had taken a screen shot of my confirmation number and tried to track my order on their website. If I wouldn’t have taken that screenshot, I feel that I would have been left with few options if my product didn’t end up getting delivered. The website was easy to navigate but the order tracker did not recognize my confirmation number, so I reached out after about a week and a half. A customer service rep did email back within a couple days and all the while my sprayers showed up, that was by coincidence I believe. I had no issues with my sprayers once they were delivered. I do like this product a lot, the design is pretty good, the only critique is the handle could be a little more solid. I am using cooking oil in my sprayers, you must depress the lever at a bit of a rapid pace to achieve a “misting” action, otherwise it shoots out like a stream but that is no big deal. Overall good purchase to use while cooking.

We bought 2 of The spray bottle/pourer and it is amazing .Works better than my store bought sprayer.
The order was missing one of the straws. I emailed Evermire and the missing straw was posted imediately. Their staff were fantastic and easily to deal with. I would definitely by from Evermire again

This company is not real -- their phone number is not in service and they are trying to refuse returning my product and charging me to return it. This is a complete SCAM. Do not purchase!!!

I had questions, and a customer service person replied timely. I received my order and the product is great. It will save a lot of wasted containers, and they look nice. I was followed up with after my questions and ensured my order made it to me, and I was thanked for my purchase.

I’m really happy with the product, works exactly as described. Tracking notifications could never find my order. Support was contacted and they responded right away. Order arrived a little under two weeks after placing the order. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Just what I was looking for. I bought one for Avocado Oil and one for Olive Oil. I do wish it came with a little tube brush to help clean out the tiny plastic tube inside the jar, but besides that I couldn't be happier with it. I'm buying another pair for my other place and sending one as a gift.

Company responded quickly after the first products delivered were broken in transit. Replacements work well.

I’m enjoying this product but it isn’t misting well but I think I can adjust the filter to make that happen - followed up with customer service as I didn’t receive a shipping notification but eventually found the package delivered to my neighbours house so all is well!

Fantastic product, much better than a previous plastic oil spray bottle I had, love that this one is glass. Also like the pouring function and the spray part mists the oil well. I was concerned as after the initial confirmation of my order, I didn’t receive a shipping notification, but the support responded to my email immediately and I received the product after two weeks from payment.
