I had ordered a charity campaign item for a gift and when they went to wear it noticed the hoodie pocket was ripped. I sent in pictures and connected with a representative Jimmy who was excellent in getting me a replacement quickly and created a happy giftee!

Delivery took quite long. But customer support is very friendly. I was afraid the package was lost but that was because I was a little too impatient.
I made a mistake with entering my email and Jimmy from the customer service team tracked down my order number and resent the confirmation for me. Really great customer service.
After I ordered a shirt, it came in differently than expected/advertised. The quality of the print isn’t the best, but the quality of the shirt itself is good. When I sent an email to the customer service, they helped me fix the situation really good! I’m happy with their service :)
Everything I've ever bought from Everpress is beautiful and high quality. And the customer support is caring, quick, and so helpful and personable. Probably the best experience I have had with any online shop to be honest.
An awful experience from start to finish.
I bought a shirt as a Christmas gift as they follow an artist who uses this store. A note for any future customers: The campaigns have to finish for the item to actually ship, the wording at purchase seems like the sale of the item ending rather than this is when it goes to print (and then ships later on).
The purchase I made said the campaign finished on the 27th December. I then realised the small print meant this would dispatch on the 27th, not a big deal I thought as I've purchased small production runs before but it'll arrive in time for christmas!
It was not dispatched on the 27th, it was only sent to be printed on the 6th of January and finally arrived all the way on the 19th of January, well over a month after my order. Had I known this delay I never would have purchased this as a christmas present.
Support avoided answering questions about the lack of updates for my order, despite pushing for an update twice. If your factory is closed or orders won't be fulfilled over Christmas, please let the customer know! It's not a big issue, but I want to make an informed purchase and not feel baited into buying something - only to be left in limbo not knowing when this will arrive. Especially when it's ordered as a gift and having to scramble round changing the address order etc, it's just a poor customer experience all round.
To summarise:
- Customers should avoid if you're purchasing for a birthday etc (or any time frame)
- Everpress should improve feedback to customers regarding the status of their order
- Provide trackable shipping options by default
- Do not avoid questions in support, where you only answer the bits you want
- Provide information about supply chain delays due to Christmas closure etc if applicable

Been waiting for a month for an answer from them after receiving the wrong order.
Update : they answered me and corrected their mistake after I posted a bad review here. So please customer service, pass this on to your manager : hire more people and pay your people better if you’re really this ethical printing shop.

Not recommended at all. The quality of their blanks sucks because they use cheapest blanks from Fair Wear. My basic t-shirts from mass market for 7 Euro fits better and the quality is better in 1000%. And of course their size charts sucks also. Because after having taken measurements according to the instructions, I discovered that it does not match either the chest or the length and the difference is several centimeters. You can print T-shirts of this quality for yourself in any shopping center gift shop and I think they will be better. It’s a shame that many good artists work with this service, because I won’t order anything there again. So, my opinion - I don’t recommend it, you’ll just throw away your money.

I love the premise of Everpress and I'm quite happy to wait for longer for an item if this means it's being produced in a more sustainable way and with less waste associated. However, my item was meant to ship at the beginning of January and I am still yet to receive confirmation of this. I've tried to contact customer service (by email and by phone) and had no response; and frankly a 5-7 day waiting time for an answer just isn't acceptable. Thankfully I paid through Paypal so was able to receive a refund through them as soon as I raised the issue. Cannot recommend Everpress and will not be using them again.

Once again I get not customer service for my order.
I've been trying to contact someone since before the 30th of December and waited since there where holidays.
I ordered mid October and still have no update! This is extremely frustrating. I understand the influx of emails and not being able to possibly handle them if they are unexpected, but this has been going on since November and there should've been some improvement if you realized there isn't the manpower to help your customers in the customer support area.
Where am I supposed to provide you the order number? I was in contact with Jimmy in mid December about my order issue

I ordered the Liam Payne x Choose Love tee on preorder back in October. I still have not received this item, I have sent 3 x emails (one response early on in December). I received a tracking number through Aus Post but it never updated to sent and has now disappeared off the app.

No issues with ordering or getting my product. Problem with shipping unfortunately where my poster was sent in a fairly thin cardboard tube that got crushed. I reached out by email and once i was connected with someone my issue was resolved without hassle. Got a new poster shipping out to me now :)

I bought the Liam Payne shirt on Oct 23, and got my confirmation on the same day, I was told the order was going to be delayed but shipped on Nov 8, the day came and no dispatch information then another email saying my order was going to be delayed AGAIN I understood at the time and then on Dec 4 I got email saying my order was dispatched and would take 14 business days to arrive.
Today is Dec 11 Sat, and no package or further information on the product an email was sent to them by me and they replied with an AUTOMATED EMAIL not even a real person saying that is was not 14 days but actually 21 days… BUT even the 21 days timeframe has passed… so what is the excuse now? No one even real replies the emails and I know people in the same situation as me

Love their product and their team. Had one problem because of the french delivery and Jimmy of sales took great care of it.
