I bought three T-shirts initially, but was disappointed with the fit, as the neck opening was really large compared to my other T-shirts. I contacted you and tried to resolve the problem. I’m the mean time I ordered three of your premium T-shirts that turned out to be a much better fit. Still a bit baggy around the arms, but better around the neck. As a result, I asked to exchange the other three shirts for the premium shirts. I’m waiting for those to arrive…..

Texture is not nice
The texture of the t-shirts is very disappointing; they are rough and considering they are marketed as sensory friendly I am very surprised at how they feel.
I have tried washing to improve the feel but with no success. A poor buy.

Poor customer service, but improved once contacted.
Ordered 3 tee shirts, fairly quick delivery, but should have read the reviews first. Need to return them as too big. Used the sizing chart, but isn’t accurate. I’m on my 3rd email, and still no response. Customer service seems very poor. Hopefully this review will kick start a response. If customer service improves I will amend this review.
Shirts seem ok quality.
Further to this review, i have now had a response from the company, i am returning the shirts for the correct size, and they have iffered me a free upgrade to the premium version. I initially gave 1 star, the product seems ok. I don’t think the sizing chart is particularly accurate and its annoying to have to pay return postage. But let’s see what happens.
Not sure how the t shirt for life will work when customer service needs to improve.
