The customer service was outstanding! I wanted to use their wallpaper to decoupage the inside of a drinks cabinet and they were more than happy to create a mockup for me so I could visualise how it would look! Their response times were super speedy & the paper was beautiful when it arrived!! I would definitely recommend them and will be suing them again in future :)

Fabulous wall mural, looks amazing in my lounge. Great company to do business with - fast and efficient purchase from start to finish and such a huge range of pictures to choose from.......5* all round and a big thank you!!

UPDATE (July 2024): following my review below, I sent a complaint to EverWallpaper, they sent a first reply saying that they will repay me. Since then, they have simply disappeared. BEWARE FRAUD. To the contrary of their legal obligations, EverWallpaper does not provide the name of their "alleged" company on their website. You may have noticed a review on this page where a reply was provided on the subject of the absent company in the UK. Interestingly the reply provided by EverWallpaper still does not provide the company name. Further, it is "liked" by a Luke Lee who is CEO of ... EverWalpaper based on his LinkedIn page. Mr Lee also is "open to work". ATTENTION. This seems to be a fraud and the clients who state in reviews that they received good products are either very lucky or constructed reviews. When buying on the .co.uk website you pay to a company in Boulder Colorado (USA). I am continuing my search and will keep you posted.

(30 April 24) The paper arrived from China; saying that the quality is poor is being very restrained. The colours do not correspond to the order. Items are missing. AVOID at all costs. I can only wonder if EverWallpaper is a scam.

Fantastic quality wallpaper. This wallpaper is much thicker than other wallpaper we have used which makes it easier to apply and the finisher product is amazing in our short-term rental!

This wallpaper is absolutely stunning! I had my eye on it for almost 2 years for my new house, and always a bit nervous ordering on line and from out of the country. EverWallpaper was so helpful, and put together a custom order for me since this was my first experience with wallpaper. It is high quality paper and exceeded expectations! Just beautiful.

The shipment was a day or two late, but it got here within the week. The paper was of high quality and reasonably thick. The directions were pretty straightforward. Less bright and with darker tones than anticipated. When the paper was placed to the wall, no bubbles formed, and it did not stretch or crease. Each and every pattern match was spot on, and the paste provided was excellent. I would definitely buy again.

They are stealing designs from artists without their consent. Don’t support this!

Indredibly happy with the quality of the beautiful wall mural! Not only was shipping super fast, the packaging was very safe as well. The paper was a very nice and thick quality which made it easy to install. We were able to create a custom sized mural for our wall dimensions and it turned out very beautiful!

This is not a U.K. company and took for ever to receive samples

The image quality was grainy; print was fine but the image was pixelated and not very professional looking.

UPDATED response: Buyer Beware. When I initially received my order 6 weeks ago, I did contact customer support and was basically informed that it was correct and they never had any complaint. I left a review directly on the website which looks like it was removed. When I had a chance to leave a review on Trustpilot, I wrote the note above. I was never contacted about a replacement and I have not been refunded for my order. If you’re thinking of ordering, buy a swatch but know that it’s going to have pretty potent toxic smell and come in a makeshift box from China
