My son bought me a £15 gift card
My son bought me a £15 gift card. Ideally I wanted to spend the whole amount but i was only allowed to redeem £10.
When i tried to spend the remaining £5 the minimum i could redeem was £10. Effectivly i have a £5 credit sitting on a gift card that i cannot use. This is totally unacceptable and I certainly would anyone advice anyone not to purchase one of these gift cards .

Avoid buying from here at all cost. You would be better taking the time to ask the person you want to gift what they want instead. If they want a gift card buy the gift card from where ever they want it not here. It’s my second time buying a gift card from every wish and its not the first time I ran into a problem. I wanted to get a Roblox gift card from every wish because the shop near me was out of stock and I urgently needed to top my account with Robux. Upon redeeming the code and buying the Roblox card, I waited for the email that gave me the link to redeem the Roblox card. When I tried to redeem it, it told me error code RDMx3. Like I said this isn't the first time buying and it isn't the first time i got this problem. The only reason i bought again from here was because it was urgent and i believed it wouldn't happen again. This was only a year ago and the same problem came up. I’ve already contacted customer support 8 hours ago and still no response at all which is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve made a huge mistake trusting this company twice already and you shouldn't buy from here. Im surprised how this company hasn’t shut down yet. Unbelievable making me wait 8 hours and possibly longer just for a response. When i said i needed the gift card urgently now its too late. I deserve some type of compensation for this.
