Amazing Customer Service
Had a problem with the card code peeling off when revealing it and being unreadable. Emailed on a Sunday evening and received replied back straight away from Sherry Snow who resolved the issue immediately for me. Fantastic customer service will 100% be using these guys again. Thankyou!

Terrible
Terrible. I bought a gift voucher and selected it for delivery via email as it stated it will arrive within 15 minutes.
I got the code email pretty quick however i was unable to use it as apparently it takes 24 hours for the code to be processed.
27 hours later i was able to actually spend the gift card.
It doesn’t seem to tell you this anywhere noticeable so it you want a gift card quickly DO NOT use this company!!!!

Given a Everywish gift card for £40, but you cannot spend the actual amount of £40 - eg when you select the company you want the money for this then offers you either £30 or £50 - if you select £30, you have a credit of £10 left but the same problem happens when you select the next company forcing you to spend money to actually get the full gift amount someone has give you!
RUBBISH STANDARD REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY! Just avoid, PS you need access to a printer also to print off the voucher

AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could leave no star I would. I received an everywish voucher for my birthday value of £30, 1 month ago.
- PROBLEM 1) when I scratched the silver panel to reveal code the last 3 digits where unreadable.
PROBLEM 2) After emailing them, they emailed back a new code. I redeemed a tkmax voucher but guess what. They didn't send the vouchers that are supposed to come via email.
PROBLEM 3) every time I tried to contact them using the online form. The photo of my voucher 'couldn't be read'.
Now I'm left with the only option left to me with was to call customer support. Oh guess what. They were closed.
I will never recommend this option for vouchers to anyone. Very frustrating and I think I have just lost my £30.

Awful company
Awful company, gift card number is invalid. Shops tell you to contact every wish for help but every wish try to blame the shops when their code is invalid. All of the evidence is in front of them, however they still cannot seem to help fix their own issues. Would never recommend.
