Arrived with no appointment but was immediately assisted, testing my car battery, discussing and showing me the results before deciding to choose to replace the battery before a Winter breakdown. All done while I waited by two competent sales staff in 20 minutes. Cheers

Had an unusual battery which needed replacing. Was in a unnit which was over 20 years old. Every Battery sourced it, organised payment from me, ordered it, commimunicated expected delivery date. Rang when in. Smooth as clockwork. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

I enquired about a part for my caravan and although they did not have it in stock, they said they could have it in a day or two but to my surprise they called me promptly the next day reporting they now have it in stock.. excellent service which is unusual now days .. well done to them !
