Great Customer Service

I was a bit sceptical ordering from ECVS after reading some of the reviews on here however proceeded with ordering a RTA tank (Blotto Mini). After ordering, payment was taken and right after I received a notification to advice the tank colour that I ordered was out of stock - I would have expected the website to advise this was out of stock before ordering, may have just been a system issue. I contacted ECVS via live chat and spoke to a lad called Jon. Jon advised of the options I had, I went ahead with a different colour. Item was dispatched the same day. Received the tank following day. I realised that the extra glass that was supposed to be included was not included with my order. I got back in touch with Jon who very quickly resolved the issue and dispatched the extra glass. Again received the next day. Couple things could be better from website and warehouse team. 5 star is for the customer service I received.

Amazing service

Since making the switch from smoking to vaping i have been into many vape shops to which i was happy with the service but i can safely say my thoughts are completely different in the westbourne store
I was served by nathan and i have to say the service was amazing
I went in looking to get more liquid and when i gave nathan a list of flavours that i have tried and liked he went through the liquids that are stock in store and picked out some and i have to say i couldnt have been happier with the flavours picked
I have also noticed that the store is always cleaner when nathan is in compared to what it is like when other staff are in
I have taken a tank into nathan that i didnt buy from the company but regardless he also helped me with losing it and remained polite throughout
I will always return to this store for my vaping related needs

Great customer service …

I have been into many vape shops over the two year period i have been vaping and i have never had such wonderful service in any other vape shop
Nathan has always been polite no matter the question
He also always gave me the best advise based on the information i gave him

He is a credit to company as im sure many others with agree

I would also like to take the time to say that the juice range everycloud carries is amazing and i will certainly be returning

I bought products monday last week

I bought products monday last week. Which were promptly delivered to wrong address. They didn't respond to myself saying it hadn't arrived. When they did, they promised a refund. 9 days later, still no refund. Unacceptable customer service! I cant afford to just throw money away like that! (Order was over 40 pound )

Went into the Westbourne store and was served by Nathan. He went above and beyond customer expectations to find me the perfect size tank for my vape. It's not often you find such great service like this these days! Just wanted to say a Huge Thankyou to Nathan.

Popped into Every Cloud Vape shop in…

Popped into Every Cloud Vape shop in Totton after seeing it in the carpark of Morrisons, was looking for advice. I think it was Dan in there, very knowledgeable chap, polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going in again to purchase liquids, while on my shopping run!

(Every cloud vape in Totton) This vape shop is the worst vape shop I can honestly say I've ever been to. When I went in the man gave me no advice on what liquid/ coil would be best for the vape I have. I left paying extortionate prices for 2 bottles of liquid that didn't even come with nicotine. I had to put the nicotine into the bottles that couldn't even be opened to put it in! A very nice genuine man at another vape shop said he'd never seen or heard of the liquid I'd be sold in every cloud vape and said it looked like water. He removed the coil I had using for 2 days and it was completely black. I cannot believe I'd attempted to vape such poor liquid. He said the substance looked illegal and they should never be trusted to run a vape business. To any young women starting to vape who need genuine advice and help with their devices, please PLEASE stay away from cloud vape. I'm saddened that people can still scam young girls even when it comes down to their health. Absolutely appalled.

Avoid

I ordered a new tank from them 3 weeks ago and my order never came. They blamed Royal Mail and told me I would have to wait 10 days till they could confirm it as a lost parcel. After waiting the time they sent me out a new tank and it was the wrong one. Honestly I’m not surprised they clearly don’t bother with their customers. This shop has terrible service definitely avoid I will be shopping at the better vape shops.

Hmmm....Where to begin....on the 26th…

Hmmm....Where to begin....on the 26th of October I bought 2 different mods from 2 different UK vape sites, the one that I bought from NewVaping arrived in 3 days. The one from Every Cloud Vape never arrived, 110 Pounds lost.
Going back and fourth with Head of customer support, for 2 months, contacting the police and threatening with a civil suite....he finally agreed to refund me on the 16th of december 2020......On the 9th of January 2021, someone else emaild me back and told me that the refund was denied.

So 3 months passed by, no mod, no refund.....I already opened a civil suit against them.
I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company, because if something goes wrong, the wont help you, they dodge your questions and they throw the blame onto you.

Stay Away

P.S. Too bad I can't give zero stars

Exceptional service 👏

I have used ECV for sometime now (2 years+), both in store and online. I have always received excellent service and excellent communication. On the one occasion when I had a problem, it was rectified without quibble. I am super impressed with the delivery service. My vape packed up last night (Boxing Day 10:30pm!) so I ordered a new one and it arrived 2pm today. I am delighted!

Recommended…

Offers great selection of vapes/liquids. The guy in my local store (Waterlooville) is always really helpful when I need advice. Have also ordered online a few times and delivery has always been excellent and when one of my items was unavailable they phoned me so I could arrange an alternative eliquid.

Switched to vaping about a year ago and…

Switched to vaping about a year ago and Everycloud has been my main shop since then. I went to the Littlehampton shop and the customer service was very good! I had been to numerous shops in the past and had little to no customer service but Everycloud was different, they actually wanted you in their shop :D.

The online shop is also very good, if I ever have a question I am met with Dom. Very good customer service skills and clearly a very patient person, delivery is always on time and the prices are fair.

I am now switching over to nicotine pouches to wean off the vape, but I can still see myself coming back to it from time to time for the amazing flavours, Everycloud will continue to be my main shop. Sad to see the Littlehampton shop has closed now, but the online shop is just as useful!

WOEFUL customer service

Similar experience to other reviews here, paid over £70 for eliquid in stock only to have to fight to get refund as not in stock, took several weeks and had to raise dispute. The final straw was they only offered partial refund as charged me for a juice they sent me as goodwill gesture! AVOID, i tried to explain i was the customer but this fell on deaf ears.
My final e-mail below;
"I'll just move on as its clear you just want my cash and i'm exhausted trying to help you recognise that this is no way to run a business, i may have been a regular customer had you dealt with this properly, as is, i'll have to consider leaving appropriate reviews about the service (lack of) i have received, i did expect more from you as person in charge who could have resolved this so much faster with a little trust and recognition that i have been treated badly, not everyone is trying to rip you off, some of us just want what we paid for"
