Scam company. Ordered aftershave off Facebook advert. Said it was posted via USA. Said it arrived in Cambridge but that was over 3 weeks ago. It's now 50 days since I ordered. They reply to say that they can't refund as its with the courier but I ask for replacement or refund. Shit company. AVOID at all costs.

I ordered some mens aftershave from their facebook page . I received emails tracking my supposed parcel. Finally it got to Birmingham and that was a month ago and still not received it. I emailed them to ask where my parcel was and up to date no response at all. A total scam My advice do not buy anything from this site!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS…. Took Ages to arrive tracking numbers showing coming from USA & China which is a red flag then it eventually arrived and does not fit very poor quality NOW they won’t reply to emails sent for a return & refund. I don’t know why this company is allowed to operate and why even KLARNA supports it. Stay well away is my advice.

Ordered aftershave about 5 weeks ago customer service say they will resend product because they can’t track it obviously this is a scam company

Ordered a pair of jeans around a month ago, still haven’t arrived, this is a scam company located in the USA. Nowhere in the listing does it state they are coming from the USA and the advert is misleading as it features a woman with a British accent. Avoid at all costs!!!

Still not got my jeans 10 weeks after ordering them. Tracking just keeps saying being checked at customs in United States. Don’t know how to contact them !!!

Order never arrived!.. said they would resend it and I've not gotten anything nonnew tracking number or anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE A JOKE

Woeful. As many others have said. I ordered aftershave over a month ago, I was charged over the 'asking price'. Still yet to receive anything! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Would give a zero if I could. Product is absolutely useless. Support bra? Yeah not quite, my chest was hanging out the bottom if I dared to raise my arms up. They offered me £4 compensation... what use that is, I don't know. DO NOT WASTE your time or money.

I ordered bras, They are faulty spent over £30 for this rubbish, Not even worth £30 should of realised it was from China, Misleading as UK addresss at first, contacted them offered myself £4 compenstation, Insult! Have emailed and emailed tagged citizen adive now in email. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF. Very unhelpful - customer service is awful.

I saw an advertisement on a social media media page for a men’s aftershave, decided to give it a go. Cost way more than advertised due to the addition of customs charges and shipping, this I didn’t find out until after I’d proceeded to check out and paid got a receipt displayed on my phone.

6 weeks have passed and it’s never arrived, this is a copy of the tracking.

I’ve never received it!! I’ve contacted my credit card company, who are currently looking into the matter.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend them and will never purchase anything from them again.

After ordering I was overcharged and had an extra £6 debited from my account for no reason. I raised this with them and it was refunded. When the product arrived it was 4XL and huge. I ordered accordingly to their size chart 2XL. I emailed them and was told to return the product but it would be expensive for me and they will credit me £3
I said no, you have sent the wrong size product and to send what I actually ordered and paid for. They said no I can keep the product (useless to me) and they will refund me £6. I said no and now they aren't replying at all. Complete rip off. Do not waste your time or money.

Absolutely shocking service. Do not order from this company. My order has never arrived, and when speaking with customer services i just get automated responses fobbing me off. Was told my order would be re-sent but that nas never happened. Have reported them to Klarna, hopefully will get a refund but can't see it happening.

Ordered 3x bras. Took ages to arrive. I opened 1 to try on. Very soft material but the fit was terrible. The band was too big and the cup too small. The band rode up my back, my boobs were either hanging out the bottom or they'd fallen out the top if I bent over. After now reading these reviews, its clear I won't receive a refund and it'll cost too much to return to Hong Kong.
I usually Google companies like this before I order...goodness knows why I didnt this time. What a waste of time and money.

I saw an ad on facebook for some wireless bras. I placed an order and then saw the reviews on Trustpilot. I was a little worried. But I received them in under 2 weeks and they seem a great quality. I'm now considering ordering more.

These are certainly not the ‘wonder bra’ we were lead to believe. They took weeks to come. Shoddy, bad fit, ride up over breasts and if you tighten the straps to try to achieve ‘uplift’ your breasts just pop out the bottom……..a total waste of money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order was not received. When contacted they just said it was coming. Tracking service they sent links too does not appear to be real. When asked for refund stated they have resent order. I had already been waiting 6 weeks. I stated didn’t want order just refund. Then got generic response about new order tracking and this was to a different tracking company. I don’t believe I will receive any order and they are ignoring my requests for refund.

Shocking customer service.Do not buy anything from this Company.I bought a pack of 3 bras nearly 7 weeks ago and have not received them.Despite several emails chasing them all I got was an automated reply fobbing me off.I asked for a refund but they ignored me,I have reported to Klarna.

Purchased 3 bras which were supposed to be amazing. Took a while to come and when I got them one has a broken strap and none of them are suitable for wear. The quality is awful. Contacted company for a returns label to be fobbed off with it will be costly to return for myself but I could get £2 compensation I refused and insisted on return again fobbed off with £4 compensation on refusing again and asking for returns label I got a £5 compensation offer and was told that was the highest they would go to and still no help in returning. I’ve now put it into the hands of KLARNA
I also thought I was buying these from UK but the tracking came with US customs on it and writing on packaging is Chinese

I ordered 3 bras which are badly made and the wrong size. When I contacted their customer service they said there was nothing they could do and could I pass them on to a friend or family member. I sent details of The consumer Rights Act 2015 and they offered me £6 compensation..the bras cost £20. I have informed them that I will contact the financial ombudsman if i haven't heard from them in the next 24hrs which will be 1130 on 12th September 25.I am still awaiting a reply. Do not deal with this company. They told me they are in China and the return would be very costly, but my package came from the UK. I will contact the financial ombudsman tomorrow if I do not get a response. Disgusting!!!
