The delivery was a bit long but the main problem is that everything is written in German...an English version of your site would be welcome and could help to see more things.

I turned from a skeptic to a convert
I found out about Everydays Smart Protein from a Facebook article that ended up being either a very engaged user of the product or just a hidden ad. I NEVER buy things off of FB ads and was rather skeptical, but I was ready to try just about anything to see if it would help.
I've had Hashimoto's for 7 years now and have really been struggling with symptoms for the past year. My TSH values are good but I've got brain fog, memory issues, heavy periods, I'm tired and often irritable, I've got dry skin, I get cold very easily, I'm anemic and have low B12 levels and the biggest one is that I suddenly gained about 30 lbs/15 kg out of nowhere, even though I haven't changed my diet (if anything it's gotten healthier) and I've been very active.
I've now been on Smart Protein for just under two months and really feel like it's making a difference. I've already lost 5-6 lbs/3 kg and the other symptoms seem to be improving. I have bought a supply moving forward and am very hopeful that it will continue to help improve my symptoms.

Complaint about shipping
I have to write my complaint in English and it is regarding shipping. I have paid shipping for Bosnia but upon arrival of package I had to pay additional amount of money which was unpleasant surprise. This is not a complaint about your service per se, but about your shipping arrangement.

I am very disappointed with the way the protein box was sent. It was not wrapped in bubble foil, and the tablets arrived almost crushed from transport. Everything turned to dust and arrived messy in the box. I was so excited and waiting for the order to arrive, and when I opened the package, I was very disappointed.
