Lack of flexibility with credits
We took our little dog, Michael, to EveryDog until recently but decided to leave after an issue in December. At EveryDog you prepay for credits for doggy daycare in advance and we were on the Bronze package which meant we prepaid for 5 days of daycare each month. Their terms and conditions state that these prepaid credits must be used in each calendar month (otherwise they’d be lost) and we were happy with this as it wouldn’t be an issue in any typical month.
However, we were not happy with their lack of flexibility in December. I had worked out that I could use all 5 credits before I went on holiday from the 19th (they were closed from 24th anyway) and had used 3 of my credits early in the month. I had then planned on booking him in on 13th-14th December but they sent an email on 11th December stating their creche would be closed due to adverse weather. I completely understand that the safety of the staff and dogs is paramount and assumed (incorrectly as it happens) that the credits I were going to use during the days they were closed I would be able to be use at a later date. Apparently, because I hadn’t attempted to book Michael in on the days they were closed (which doesn’t make sense to me??), it was a case of either using these credits at some other time in December or losing them. We were very unhappy about this and I expressed this to the assistant manager who was not at all receptive to how I felt. I therefore had to book him in on a day I didn’t need (just to use a credit) and ended up losing the other day as they couldn’t fit him in. To be honest I just felt a bit ripped off.
It's honestly a shame as Michael really enjoyed his time at EveryDog. There is quite a young staff that work there and I know they spoilt him rotten but I just don’t agree with how they dealt with this situation in December and ended up finding other arrangements.
Once Michael had left EveryDog, I wrote to the owner, Steve, and explained why we had decided to leave. He didn’t seem to understand my point of view at all and will probably reply to this review contradicting it but this has been my honest experience.

My dog Lyra has been going to Everydog…
My dog Lyra has been going to Everydog for about a year and a half now. There’s no where else I would trust with my dog. Lyra is always so excited when we pull up in the mornings. Everyone there is so good with her and I know she’s well looked after from the way she always runs in excitedly when I drop her off. Love the photo updates through out the day as well

Be Wary of EveryDog’s T&Cs !!
Hmm, what can I say, EveryDog Snodland have some very strange T&C’s. Make sure you understand in advance the way they’ll ‘assess’ / treat your dog during their assessment pre any agreements of day care or boarding!
I took my 7 month old German Shepherd Dog to them for their assessment to see if they would board her for a week, she has been with my family since 8 weeks old and is confident and normally relaxed, but can also be an easily excitable dog due to her young age, but always content around my family and myself.
They took her away from me, and into another room and then left her all alone, and wondered why she started to bark and scratch away at the door / floor, and then she jumped up when the staff member reentered the room, she was immediately returned to me with a statement that they wouldn’t be prepared to look after her due to the way she was, during this ‘probably less than 3 mins assessment’ and the way she reacted!! Never was there any interaction of trying to calm and reassure her, it was just chuck her in the deep end and see how she reacts…

Highly recommend EveryDog!
Highly recommend EveryDog! (: (SPA/GROOM)
I have a cavapoo puppy, and today I took him for the full spa treatment, which was his first time ever getting groomed. When I met Victoria she was very friendly and reassuring. I'm quite protective over my Teddy, however we discussed what I wanted for my puppy. She was very keen to reach my needs. Of course you want your dog looking as cute as ever, but personally I am not too fussed on looks. My main focus is reaching his needs, to make him feel more comfortable in his own fur. I was nervous when I left him, however when I came back he looked so much more happier, he looked so cosy. She took into consideration with what I wanted for him. I want nothing but the best, I could tell when he was rolling around on the carpet when he got home! She took her time and was very patient with teddy which I respected. I really appreciated her patience as for he is very energetic and playful. I am so happy, Victoria has really met his needs and mine, prepared him for this cold winter. I couldn't have been more thankful for what she has done. Couldn't have asked for a better service. She was more than happy to answer any of my enquiries, offered great advice. The amount of care she took into teddy really meant so much to me. The full spa treatment costed £40 but this was for my cavapoo, may vary depending on your dog. In my opinion, it's great value for money when they offer: Deep Clean Bath, Thorough Brush, Blow Dry, Nail Clip, Ear Clean, Eye Wash, Trim, Basic De-matting. This is a lot for what you pay for! :) You can add extras, but I personally didn't feel the the need to. Everydog, I wouldn't say are money grabbing, Victoria wasn't at all pushy, she just did exactly what I asked for. Overall I will most certainly return, in future references for the groom treatment and for the day centre. I think it's a brilliant company, they offer so many different services and put your dog first.
Thank you!
Hayley
Good service
Had in stock, when others suppliers didn't seem to. Good price, good customer service, received in good time.
delivery good product excellant
Spotty Bowls
Bowls delivered safely and exactly as I expected. However, delivery took much longer than expected although this is more likely to be a courier issue than EveryDog. If the bowls had arrived sooner they would have got 5 stars
The most paw-some place 🐾
Want to start by the fact that I’m utterly shocked by the negative comments and reviews on here about EveryDog and everyone involved in making this incredible place exist.
Halle-Rose has had 3 sessions at EveryDog and absolutely loves it, the staff are friendly, welcoming, full of knowledge and there love for little Halle is so lovely to see. I can’t speak any more highly of everyone at EveryDog as well as the amount of lovely, friendly, full of personality doggies that Halle has had the pleasure of meeting and having hours of fun playing with.
In my opinion this is an experience that EveryDog deserves! I couldn’t wish for a better place for Halle to go to when I’m at work or even in general because it’s safe, fun and full of love, she’s benefited so much since starting, Halle thanks to the amazing knowledge and advice by Steve is now eating a raw diet which EveryDog makes so not only cost effective but convenient because I can collect a bag each time Halle needs it so doesn’t overtake my freezer and I know that Halle is having the best diet not only from the knowledge of this diet from Steve but because within a week Halle’s behaviour is calmer, able to remain more focused, her coat is glossy and dandruff free and poo is an exact example of a dog with a nutritious diet and that’s a massive importance to Halle’s development.
The drop off being at 6:30am and pick up being 7pm enables me to work to the best of my ability being a key worker and knowing that Halle is safe and having the best time feels me with reassurance.
From both me and Halle we couldn’t love EveryDog anymore than we do and I can only imagine what will come of this amazing place when it gets the acknowledgment of how incredible it is!!
Everyone at EveryDog keep up the amazing work and hold your heads up high because the dog owners who matter know how incredible you are and will continue to spread the word of how amazing EveryDog is!!
Great Place, Lovely Staff, Excellent Service!
Fantastic place, and the dog loves it. Hannah is really great with all the dogs and my Suzi loves coming here. I'm not a regular, as I only use the place when I'm going away on business or holiday, but Suzi and I always receive a warm welcome. I've certainly never felt pressured by any of the staff to attend more often, nor purchase more services. Overall it's a fantastic service, your dog gets it's own secure area overnight, comfy but with room to move and stretch - Well worth the trip, bring your dog here. 5/5
Well I want to leave a positive review.
Well I want to leave a positive review.
My dog has been going to everydog since a puppy. He absolutely loves it there and runs in without looking back each time he goes.
I would not let my dog go somewhere where he wasn't cared for. They love our dogs as if they were there own. What they offer is an invaluable place for our dogs to play, learn and be looked after unconditionally.
Steve and his team offer a valuable service for everyone who want the best for their dogs.
Please everyone make your own mind up, go and visit everydog and see for yourself, I think 90 % of 5 star reviews says it all.
Let's all give them our support, I for one believe they deserve it.
Brilliant service at Everydog
Teddy has been coming to Everydog for over a year now. Started when he was 16 weeks old. He absolutely loves it. Literally cannot wait to get into the door! I believe the interaction with other dogs has made him so much more confident with any size dog. Teddy is my baby and I wouldn’t let him go to Everydog if I thought he was in any danger or in an unsafe environment. All i can say is that mine and Teddy’s experience has only been positive. X keep up the good work Everydog

I cannot praise Everydog enough
I cannot praise Everydog enough! We took our puppy along when he was 4 months old and I can honestly say he’s enjoyed every moment for the last 2 years! The staff are always happy, friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. The photo updates you receive through the day are brilliant, reassuring us that our boy is being loved and well cared for. The tapping at the door by him to go in without a backward glance at us tells the story. Finding this place was an absolute god send!!
My dog’s favourite place to be.
Only have to see my dog jumping out of the car and pulling me into the building to see just how much she loves Everydog! Milly was a Romanian rescue and we weren’t able to let her off the lead for a very long time, but she loved to play with other dogs so Everydog was perfect for us! She gets to play all day with her friends, if she doesn’t eat her breakfast I send her with a ‘pack up’ which is given to her late morning. Photos are sent throughout the day so I can see just how’s she’s getting on. She is absolutely shattered when she gets home, she’s had so much fun, she comes in, eats her tea and then it’s bed till the morning! Milly only goes a few times a month, to fit in with my work, but I’d happily send her in more if we can in the future.
So glad I found this place
I took my new puppy to Everydog when he was just 4 months old. He loves it there. Obviously not every experience has been the same but I can tell by the way he pulls my arm off when arriving how excited he is to meet the team and be with his new pals.
Unfortunately due to drops in numbers the business is at massive risk, a new model where you buy a monthly package (aka gym membership) is the only way forward through this time. I’m just hoping we can save this amazing place.
The staff there have always been friendly, clearly love their jobs and post lovely updates during the day.
I recommend this to anyone who just wants to give their pup a safe place to play and just be a dog.
Broke my puppy’s paw.
I did leave reviews on there Facebook page but the owner kept deleting them as he doesn’t want people to know the truth..
We sent our french bulldog puppy there of 16 weeks old so he could be socialised, we went to the assessment beforehand and met with Steve the owner who said it would be the perfect place for him.
All was well for the first couple of visits and that’s when our WORST nightmare struck, we got a phone call to say that our puppy is injured, they will just let him rest for a couple of hours but if we wanted to come to collect him whenever we can.
When we arrived within the hour to our puppy in absolute AGONY, crying and couldn’t walk on his paw AT ALL. My other half asked for Steves advice and he told her leave it and see how he gets on - you could see that this dog was in too much pain for it to just be left!
We ignored the advise of Steve and went straight to our vets where they advised it was defo fractured but wanted to do an immediate X-Ray to be sure. The results came back with 2 fractures in his paw!
After many lies about how it happened we finally got the truth and it was that the owner had left our puppy on the table to play while he left the room and our puppy fell off onto the floor (long drop for a tiny puppy!)
This is not a ‘accident’ it was negligent and could TOTALLY have been avoided.
He still to this day a couple of months on states this was an ‘Accident’ but not once has he asked if our puppy is ok because all he cares about it the money rather than the animals!!!

My dog has been going to Everydog since…
My dog has been going to Everydog since he was 4months old. His nearly 2 and loves attending.
You can easily see his joy at being there seeing Emily, cal and co.
Everydog are amazing
Everydog are amazing. They love my dog as their own, I know he is safe and having fun when he is with them.
Half day placements possibly better for boisterous puppies !!
We were very happy to find Everydog and although our puppy was happy to go there he came home bearly able to walk. We had to stop taking him there as the vet said it wasnt good for his joints at such an early age. Although the website says that the dogs have rest periods during the day, that is almost impossible if you have a room full of dogs and one like ours wants to play all the time.
