Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 83 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the service to be useless and expressed significant frustration with the inability to contact a real person for support, often being stuck with bots or automated systems that provided no help. Reviewers frequently reported issues with their subscriptions, including being charged twice or having their accounts disconnected prematurely, and found it nearly impossible to manage or cancel their subscriptions through the website. The migration process from their previous email provider was poorly communicated, leading to unexpected changes and loss of access to important emails. However, some people also felt that the transfer from their old provider was straightforward and without interruption, and a few found the email provider great and easy to navigate with a professional appearance.

Not easy to contact

Had a problem contacting Everymail with regard to possible overpayment end of last year. Reviewed here mentioning the issue and how hard it was to contact Everymail to discuss.
Received Everymail's response ~ charge was accurate (no money taken in September so double billed following month)
Also now learn there is an 'Eva' chatbot who I can reach out through on the my account page, yet to try Eva but perhaps may be step to get more direct answer in future.

Sorry for the trouble you've had. I had a look at your account and you were not charged twice in October, but I understand what you're probably seeing. Rather than put anything further here, I'm going to have our support team send you an email directly, with more details.

For future reference, the following is the best way to get live support during local business hours:
- Log into My Account
- Use the chat bubble in the lower-right
- Describe the problem you are having, or what you need from support
- Ask to speak to a live agent

Live support is only available during local business hours. The automated chat may ask you to provide more information, but it will take you to live chat support if you provide more info or if you keep asking :)

Subscription ssue with Everymail. No Customer Service, just a BOT that is useless.

I was disconnected from my TalkTalk mail 2 years after ending my Broadband contract with them.
Talk Talk referred me to Everymail to subscribe & access my email.
Everymail did not recognise my email/password. I could not therefore subscribe.
Their customer service is a BOT and you cannot access personal / human contact service unless you are registered.
I emailed them twice at their info email address and they have not acknowledged the email never mind answered about how this can be resolved.
Not a great start and to be honest it is ignorant of them not to provide a human respond as the BOT is useless.

I don't have access now to the email and it contains a lot of sensitive information that I was working on with others eg medical correspondence, insurance etc

Are we going back in time

Are we going back in time, this site is slower than a dial up service from deep in the past, what an absolute disgrace, migration from talk talk a subscription service, sums up talk talk to allow this company to take over their already appalling service, to supply an even more appalling service and have the audacity to charge for it,a sign of the times in this country after Covid, what a state this country is in.

EveryMail disconnected my account a day…

EveryMail disconnected my account a day early today after i had spent hours trawling through Emails to transfer to a new account. There Server is slow and keeps stalling , hence the reason, my best attempts to transfer info today have failed. These people have had £20 out of me to date, and I've decided there are not holding to ransom for anymore. There system has constantly throw up faults preventing me from transferring information to my Gmail account. TalkTalk's subcontracting of there Email system has caused me a lot of hassle and hours of lost time. I do not recommend using this service and advise you to make alternative arrangements as soon as possible,!!!!

Reported as fraud to Bank

Reported as fraud to Bank - absolutely impossible to cancel after and indeed during one month free subscription. We spent hours being sent round by unhelpful robot -finally managed to cancel via bank.
I'm not sure what organizations gain by alienating potential customers - if this is your business model - good luck!

Billed without notice, verification doesn't work

I had £50 take from my account by this company which I had never heard of. Turns out Talk Talk (who were a byword for incompetance) have been taken over by them.

Notification emails had gone into my spam folder. The fact that their own system thinks they are spam tells you everything you need to know.

I tried their support website. As usual the 'bot' is useless. It promised to connect me to a real person but needed to validate first, by sending a PIN to my email. I copied and pasted the PIN three times but was told it was incorrect each time.

So, their own validation doesn't work and so there's no way of getting in touch with them.

Technically rubbish, customer service rubbish. In summary, rubbish.

Everymail awful didn't ask for the service and being charged for it customer service is a AI bot

I wasn't aware that they took over my talk talk email account until I realised 4 subscriptions payments had come out of my bank account.I contacted Talk talk who took 2 days to tell me everymail had taken over the account. I have attempted to contact everymail but keep getting a AI bot advising me Which is completely useless. I have tried to cancel the subscription a number of times firstly it said I didn't have a subscription a bit couldn't find my account. Then they finally did I have tried 5 times today to cancel when I do it coming up internal server error and won't cancel my subscription. awful service which I did ask for in 1st place or consent to everymail using my debit card details for the subscription this nothing less then fraud

What an utterly useless bunch

What an utterly useless bunch - even more clueless than TalkTalk whence my email account was derived. Hopeless to contact - takes hours to get near a human - and no satisfactory resolution. I was advised by TalkTalk I need do anything about the transfer as I was already paying and covered. Utter nonsense as only one of my two accounts was transferred and after months of trying to resolve was told the accounts had not been linked so I had to pay again. I received numerous messages to say my problem had "been elevated to their specialists" and on the last occasion had been elevated even higher to be fast tracked. That's some joke as I had been chasing this since July last year! With TalkTalk I resorted to contacting each and everyone on their board but I cannot even be bothered to do so with this hopeless and clueless operation.

If I could give it zero stars

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They have NO support at all by humans. If your support request falls outside the parameters of their chat bot...your done for.

Everymail is shockingly bad!!!!

Everymail is shockingly bad!!
They locked me out of my talktalt account that I have had for over 20 years and now pay £5 per month for to Everymail.

I have spent over 3 weeks every other night trying to retrieve my account via the automated chat that you have to put all your information each time thats so long winded, that is absolutely useless.

They sent me a text message around 2 weeks ago with a link to unlock my emai that just takes me to a blank screen. I have sent messages through the text as well with no avail.

I really need access to my email that I pay monthly for as it has really important emails.

Unfortunately I have no other choice, other than contacting an ombudsman or trading standards, as I need my email account.

Great email provider

Great email provider. Easy to navigate and very professional appearance. I did not want to lose my old email account that my old provider was about to dissolve. This was an easy transition for a reasonable price.
