I had a fantastic experience at EverySkin Dulwich thanks to Ayla. She was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and carried out my treatment with great care and attention to detail.

The clinic was clean, welcoming, and well organised, and I left feeling confident and well looked after. I really appreciated Ayla’s friendly approach and expertise. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality skincare treatments and will definitely be returning.

I have been having my bikini and underarm laser with ayla for a few months now and I can honestly say I am so happy with my results and the service I receive every single time. She ensures I feel relaxed and comfortable all through out my treatments and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Chevon is an excellent therapist. She's provided fully explanation about the treatment and also gave a fantastic head/shoulders massage. It's my first time at ES in East Dulwich, but so far a very good experience.

I have been a loyal EverySkin client for several years, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

My concern is no longer just the unexpected £109 charge that I wasn’t informed about until after my treatment. It’s the complete lack of customer service afterwards. I have emailed the clinic three times to raise my concerns and have been completely ignored.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I know emails are responded to very quickly when it is something to the clinic’s benefit, such as bookings or payments. To ignore a complaint entirely, however, is incredibly unprofessional and, in my opinion, unacceptable. If a clinic values its patients, it should at the very least acknowledge a complaint and respond to it.

Sadly, based on this experience, I won’t be returning

I liked the facial, which felt very thorough and the massage was enjoyable. However, I really, really, really did not like the upselling - the appointment started with trying to sell me products and book a course of facials. As a first time customer there is no way I am going to book a course before I've had a single treatment or buy products before they've been used on me. It was very off-putting.

Thoughly enjoyed my facial, so gentle and soothing I always drop of for forty winks.

Eva was very attentive and careful. My skin was cooled immediately the treatment was done before moving on to another section.
Ive had no down time on this occasion. No angry skin.

Sophia is a brilliant therapist. She is professional and does the treatment with care . I would prefer her to do all my treatments.

I sometimes feel that some of the staff can be a standoffish at the reception.

Their comms are completely mismatched from the experience. They have sent me several emails and texts before my appointment with all the info I needed except the important one: that since it had passed more than one year since my last laser epilation, I had to do the patch test again.

It was bad, they rushed my entire appointment, compared to other times I have come, my skin hurts the person doing it was so harsh and in such a hurry to serve other people I don’t understand how you pay so much for such a bad service, the reception lady that worked on 18th July is a very rude lady I don’t know how she got her job, the Chinese lady is the best lady very nice and calm but the rest of them really need a lesson

I had a wonderful experience at Every Skin today. The staff who attended to me was kind and patient. She made me feel heard and my concerns were addressed with the utmost care.
