I placed an order on everything five pounds .com, I paid specifically for next day delivery of £6.70 I finally received my item two days after originally paid for!...
I enquired with DX directly, to be told “there is a slight delay” and yes u guessed it I had no delivery that day!
So via online chat the nxt morning I enquired as to wat was going on!...
to be told that they had a vehicle break down on the van that was carrying my item! But couldn’t get it out to me that day, but it would be delivered btwn 9am-1pm the nxt day! (Today!)...
So I contacted everything five pound .com...
they refunded me £2 the cost of the nxt day delivery! But not the “full “ delivery costs, as a good will gesture u think they would of!. I questioned there decision, But nope!... no comment back! Also in my confirmation emails from the online retailer everything five pounds .com they stated they dispatch via Royal Mail! So I brought this to there attention, that in fact it’s delivery via DX delivery services, and they said it was a typo!... so make of this wat u will!...

Update.....
Regarding the above matter everything five pounds.com have now refunded the standard £3.95 delivery as well!.... (all though I am waiting for this too clear!)..... so I shall update again, once I have the refund in the bank!...

This website is really good and cheap with great quality of clothes. Delivery is a bit expensive but worth it overall.

I've had coats, dresses, Jean's, shoes .
Hand bags, pyjamas, skirts, culottes ect ect. And the items are brand new ,good quality items.
If you have any worries they will be pleased to resolve them. They are First Class. Brilliant!

I've had mostly good experiences from this website, however a couple of items I've bought haven't looked like the picture on the website, and/or have had sizings that were way off. Overall though, the majority of the products I've bought from here have been good quality, it's just a bit of a gamble sometimes as a lot of the clothes appear to be old stock from other shop's lines, so you don't know how good the original retailer is before you buy it.

Used to be great
Now they are awful , where you'd get ex store lines most the stuff is market stall rubbish
There used to be a time item would be dispatched on a monday for example and you'd have it 2 days later
Now it sits at Princess Royal delivery centre for 3 days before moving onto the next point like they haven't paid their bill to royal mail
When you return something faulty they swear blind that they don't have it back when it shows as signed for
They need to take a look at Single Price they are much better

Extortionate delivery prices, don't get full order and they don't respond to emails only with generic fob off emails, steer clear !!

Ordered a dress from here and unfortunately it arrived with a hole in it!!! I wasn't expecting it to last long but I did expect it to arrive in good condition! Not much to ask. Won't be buying again.

I love this site. Good sizes great customer service and easy returns. Love it.

Overall a good experience. I ordered 1 pair of shoes, some slippers, wellies, earphones and a watch. The wellies are supposed to be a size 9. I ordered large just in case. They only just fit for my size 8 feet. The size 8 wouldn’t have. The watch didn’t work so I am sending that back. They sent me a return delivery note pretty promptly so I don’t anticipate too much hastle. It’s a bit hit and miss with quality, hence the adage you get what you pay for!

So this is now my 10-20th Message since I ordered my items and NEVER received them.
I have no taken this to trading standards as the service I have been provided is appalling.
You have advised me someone would be in contact with me (Courier, Your Company).
I have messaged on Facebook and was actually ignored as I can see when you have read the message. I have also emailed AROUND 10- 15 and have never received a response not once.
THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I PAID FOR AND I WANT A FULL REFUND PLEASE.
I will post this over all your social media and trust pilot if I do not get a response??!!!!!!!?!?!!?!?!?!!?!?

Having looked at this site for a while I decided to bite the bullet and order from them. I ordered 3 dresses in my usual size. One was tiny - more like a 6 than a 10, in the other size I ordered a 10 and a 12 and the 12 fitted well. The shoes I ordered were fine - a bit cheap-looking but they were only a fiver and fine for work. The order arrived in good time and was packaged well - not over packaged at all. Making returns was fairly simple although I did need to print my own copy of the order and write on it whether I wanted a refund or exchange. There was no return form in the parcel or to print off online (which may be a good idea for the company to add to their site). It took just over a week from when I posted the clothes back to receive a refund which was fine.
All in all, I think you generally get what you pay for with this site but the clothing I received was of reasonable quality, even if the sizing was iffy. In future I would order bigger sizes. I'd use the site again.

Have used this site for a few years now and get amazing bargains. sometimes the garments are not good quality but then I just send them back. never had a problem with returns or refunds. Bags and shoes are a weakness of mine and I have had some amazing bargains

Low prices but low quality. Be prepared to get what you pay for. Actually, be prepared to get something completely different as well! Stay away from the shoes. Buy cheap, buy twice.

First order was a bit rubbish,but since then everything has been spot on.Yes,the sizes are off sometimes,but I try and read the customer reviews first,to get a feel of the quality.My only niggle is the outrageous delivery charges,and I wish the packaging was plain.Other than that,very good.

I've been shopping from this website for a few years and have been pleased with the quality and speedy delivery.
On a couple of occasions I had to returned products I was given a refund within a couple of days.
They supply tracking number so you can check where in the delivery system it is and if you provide your mobile number Royal Mail will text you when it's ready for delivery.
Highly recommended.

You don't get the same as the website!

I have ordered stuff on several occasions and have grabbed a few bargains every time. The trick is to read the reviews of the items you choose and check the material of the clothing before you order. Also, always order a size bigger as the fittings are quite small. If I've needed to return anything I've just sent via Royal mail cheapest service and been refunded promptly and even had part of my postage refunded too. I will definitely order again and have recommended them to my family and friends who were pleasantly surprised too.

Worse company ever, please stay away, terrible customer services,
never reply to emails, send faulty goods out and will not refund your money
