We had a problem with a upvc door not closing. We approached several firms but they wouldn't entertain looking as they hadn't installed it. EWS was our last hope. We spoke to Chris who had no hesitation agreeing to come and and access the problem. He came within half an hour of our call and made the adjustment to correct the issue. Very impressed with the service from a genuinely friendly and professional guy!
