So far no complaints
I have been searching for a new mattress for a while.
I have been looking for a medium to hard.
After considering MANY I settled for the Eve hybrid.
Booking process couldn’t have been easier.
Wa notified of day it was going to be delivered with over 10days to plan.
Was given two hour time slot a few days before.
When it was dropped off I got a text and call from Benson beds ti say they were 30-45 mins away.
The delivery man noticed all the shoes at the entrance to our house, as we are a no shoes inside household.
I was very impressed as he took his shoes off without being asked. I felt that was super respectful.
Now 3rd night of sleeping in mattress. It is medium hard. Comfy. Although I am still adjusting from a sensory perspective, as changing from a natural spring, hard mattress, to this hybrid one.

A really good night’s sleep, at last.
After trying two other mattresses from two different companies, we were struggling to feel comfortable once we got into bed, as it took a while for us both to fall asleep.
I went ahead and bought the wunderflip hybrid mattress from Eve Sleep, as we liked the idea of having two different sides of firmness, in case one side was more comfortable than the other.
Within a week of sleeping on the more firmer side of this mattress, we finally slept through the night without tossing and turning, and continue to do so today!

I can only give a one star review as on receipt of the email asking me to review my new mattress, 15 days after I ordered and paid for it, I not only don’t have it but I don’t even have a delivery date. I was given the option of a 100 mile round trip to pick it up at some date in the future but I declined that offer. I may come back if I ever have a mattress to review.

Brilliant service/delivery and great mattress!
Have been putting off ordering a mattress due to numerous fears but eve sleep made the process so easy I now wonder why I waited! Delivery was prompt and super easy, with updates throughout. There was a mix up of one item in my order but this was quickly resolved when I reached out. The mattress is amazing and I’m so glad I finally ordered a new one! I’m finally not waking up in pain and getting some really good nights sleep! Have already recommended to my friends and will keep on recommending!

Basically been scammed by them
Basically been scammed by them. Bought a double bed mattress from them in September 2022. I wanted to return the mattress because I didn't like it (it was still under the 365 days trial period that they promised), but I was met with an email saying that they've sold the company in October 2022 and will not honour any returns.
EDIT: So they replied to my review saying they've contacted me to sort it out. They've contacted me in 2023 and have sent me a £7 cheque as a reimbursement for my £377 purchase. Upon replying to my review, they haven't reached out to me privately regarding this matter, and I had to email them myself. They basically said the same thing "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any information on any orders placed before 17th October 2022. We advise you to contact the administrators at (es at knoll dot com) who will be able to help." What a horrible experience.
