Missing Item, Ignored Messages, and Unprofessional Service

I ordered from Eve’s Luxury Bar specifically because they carried a particular tooth gem I really wanted. Before placing my order, I messaged them on Instagram to confirm they had it, and they sent me the direct link. I purchased that gem along with another, much more expensive item.

When my package arrived, the expensive item was included, but the tooth gem I wanted most was missing. I immediately messaged them on Instagram to let them know. They apologized and offered either a refund or a replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement, because this specific crystal was the reason I ordered from them in the first place.

After that, they stopped responding. Days passed with no update, so I messaged again explaining that I had a dentist appointment coming up to have the gems installed and needed the crystal. I still received no reply. Then I noticed in my email that they had processed a refund for the gem without explanation. I followed up by email and DM asking why I was refunded when I had requested a replacement...again, no response.

At this point, I feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. I got ignored across multiple channels, my specific request was disregarded, and communication simply stopped. I want to share my experience so others know what to expect in terms of customer service and professionalism before ordering.
