Poor Service

I ordered from EVetDrug on a Tuesday for items that would be with me by Friday at the latest for two of my horses who have significant health issues. DPD, who the company use to deliver their products, let me down and didn’t deliver and now I will have to wait until Monday to get the products, with my horses suffering. When I phoned to complain, the operator at EvetDrug was bordering on rude. She offered to track the items down but showed little empathy for the situation. I spent £200 with them on items for my horses and said that if that’s how things are then I will shop elsewhere. I’ve had many problems with DPD delivering my stuff from EVetDrug. Inappropriate photos of our house, stuff left out to get wet (and we have a parcel box), gates left open etc. I’ve reported all this to EvetDrug and I don’t think they’re bothered. This is the last straw. I won’t be ordering from them again as they don't listen to customers.

New Market Joint Supplement

I ordered New Market Joint Supplement. 5 working days gone by. Evet ordered the product then despatched on 4th day. Email with Royal Mail tracking number is not valid and 6th day today and no joint supplement. It finally arrived late morning. Had no tracking information. Dissatisfied 🙁

I bought 1.5kg of Newmarket Joint Supplement. Cost £66. Opened product and weighed it as in past other products not accurate weight.

Actual weight of product is 1100g almost a third less than weight quoted. Photos taken. I suggest others ordering the product weigh product to clarify actual amount 😡

Cannot fault...

I absolutely cannot fault this company. Their delivery service is second to none and there is always someone at the end of the phone which, quite frankly, is a rarity nowadays. You deserve 10 stars and not 5.

Old fashioned Customer Service - How dare they!

Standby everyone! - in these Covid times a company who picks up the phone within a few rings when you have a query and DEALS WITH IT...

...I know - in these Covid times why haven't they caught on to using a voice mail that says 'Due to Covid blah blah blah please email us and we'll get back to you'... with an email - normally without a solution and three days later, well you know the drill.

Evetdrug, you are clinging on to old fashioned customer service practices at your peril, you could lose customers if you carry on like this...think goddam you!

I on the other hand am old fashioned and I appreciate the way you handled the customer service issue I had - Thank you Kate, brilliant.

Responded quickly and resolved the issue very well

I received the wrong product, and when I emailed the company they responded quickly, apologised and explained that due to the COVID-19 situation they are short staffed and under a lot of pressure. They immediately posted out the correct product which arrived by first class post. Very good service!
