I purchased a garden statue and paid $280 in April 2022. It had a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Since I had not purchased from Evil Eye before, I decided to use Paypal just in case. After 8 weeks I sent a message to Evil Eye asking for my status. They came back with a FedEx number that showed it had been delivered in early May 2022, ~10 days after I ordered it. The receipt showed no address? I also reported the fact I had not received it to Paypal. They contacted the actual manufacturer. The manufacturer said it had not shipped and it would ship in 2-4 weeks. I asked to cancel and requested a refund. It was approved and I received my refund two days after reporting it to Paypal. I would have been going in circles with Evil Eye who today told me that delivery was not their issue. This is not who you want to deal with. I will find items like this someplace else or check if the manufacturer has another site where they sell their products.
