Great products, good quality and clear checkout. Never encountered any problems. Delivery could be a little faster, but that has nothing to do with them.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! The shipping method you've chosen (your national postal service) does indeed take a little longer than the ones of other international parcel carriers (FedEx, DHL). However, the rates of the national postal services are significantly lower.
For your next order, feel free to choose a different shipping method to receive your order a little faster.

Evilgreed is perfect but...
Very good communication on social media, good presentation, transparency. I really like the team behind Evilgreed, their taste in music and videos. I'm devoted to Evilgreed since 2019, it will never be a problem.
But, this last time, regarding the delivery system, I might be very disappointed. I exceptionnelly payed the mid-service range with 20€ (DHL, instead of 13€ with standard), with a promise of 3-4 business days : perfect to give a gift for a homie's brithday present at the end of the week. But the package was arrived with more than 7 business days. I will never do the same thing, pretty sure the standard delivery would be faster. That being said, it's not Evilgreed's fault for sure, but I paid for a whole set.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery of your order took a little longer than expected. Usually the international shipping method with DHL is indeed a bit faster, however, once we've dispatched an order and handed it to the carrier, there's a bunch of factors we unfortunately do not have any influence on (such as strikes, weather conditions, sick leaves, technical issues at the carrier's infrastructure, etc.). This rarely happens, however, unfortunately we cannot fully guarantee the delivery time for every parcel we've dispatched.
