While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unprofessional and Non trustworthy

I had wasted my time twice with the team who has low knowledge of products. The team is focused on sales of cheap and inefficient products. They will not take blame of the any wrong doing. They will hide the total cost and try to make it look good. They company is using multiple names in the market which means they are not doing good. They will come after any one who provide bad review to gaslight. Dont trust them and better take your business to someone else. They were stopped to install heatpumps in 2023 due to compliance and safety issues. Yiu can google it as the system doesn't allow me to paste the link here.

Bad after sales care

I had these guys install 5 reverse cycle units in sept 2024. Jan/feb 2025 an error code has come up on one of the units and have been given the run around for the last 2 weeks as to when someone can come out and fix it. They are now ignoring my messages. Buyer beware

Useless company that don’t know what…

Useless company that don’t know what kind of systems they are selling and installing. Gave wrong quote mentioning I could have a ducted HVAC system and can maintain different temperatures in different zones. I had to cancel the order after knowing that is not possible. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Hotwater System Installation

A new hotwater system was installed at work over 2 weeks ago. STILL NO HOTWATER. Their "support" is pathetic. Still waiting for it to be resolved, despite numerous phone calls.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
NOTE: Evitech had their licence temporarily revoked last year for shoddy work practises. Read about it here by doing a simple Google search:
