There fake company and misleading customers their machines don’t work well or tge use the lowest rare as im still very hairy after 1 year

Great hair removal treatments. As men I don’t like to shave my neck and cheeks every day, so Evliss was great choice to keep my beard nice and tidy all the time. Super friendly staff, my favourite is Sandra.

Very convenient location and lovely staff. I went for my underarms and it was so quick and painless, I didn't have to be nervous after all! I look forward to seeing the results.

I had such an incredible treatment with them and I got a very good result. I will definitely comeback again.

The employees were always lovely and kind, unfortunately the treatment did nothing for me, I had 8 session and paid about £200+ for my upper lip, there were no changes the hair grew back every time, if I’m being honest I don’t think the ladies that did my laser were that skilled, they all would use a different technique each time I came, sometimes they would take 3-5mins doing my laser another time less then 1mins, I never understood why but I think the inconsistency made the results worse. Overall I would not recommend, although the workers are nice and the price are decent, you’ll be better off going to a more reputable laser clinic and pay a little more for actual results. Just my honest opinion and would hate people to waste money like me x

A terrible experience. I booked online where it says 'patch test' for new customers, when I get there I am told I have to wait 24hrs to see if there are any issues. This was not made clear, so I had wasted a trip into the 'covent garden clinic' to do this. Additionally the sales push to get packages was pretty aggressive, when I said I didnt want to get a £200 investment on a pack, I was happy to pay full prices for a single session (£58). I was then told that I needed to pay £50 upfront to book my appointment. Not 50% but £50 for a £58 service. Even finding the clinic door was a challenge, with no signage on their front door, it looked like the door to a basement carpark, I spent 10min trying to figure out the location of the salon in a building with a number of other business', when I informed the receptionist that they were very difficult to find, maybe a sign would be helpful I was dismissed with a flip off comment that "the building manager had said 'no'".. Clearly training their staff in how to create a positive customer experience is not a priority, but upselling inflated packages is. I would suggest you give this company a wide berth and go where service is key. Being told Im 'rude' by the receptionist when I say that paying up front in full for the service 1 week before is not really appropriate.
Really bad experience , topped off with a text reminder 30min after I had left the salon.
I expect more for their prices and the fact they have a clinic in Harley street.

I went for an armpit laser hair removal here today. Lovely ladies, explained the procedure , and was very clean. The procedure itself was no problem at all. It can get a little hot when the cream absorbs but more cream gets added and it actually feels like a massage. Nice experience.

Thank you Evliss for my amazing treatment. It didnt hurt at all compared to waxing and other types of hair removal! Im so happy I dont have to worry about ingrown hair and waxing anymore!

great place where they will take good care of your hair. I was wondering whether to trust them but I do not regret it. I will definitely come back here My hair after the treatment is soft and delicate to the touch.

I had lazer hair removal on my underarms and stomach and OMG it was amazing. There was barely any pain, just a minor pinch feeling. I was really nervous because I thought it would be painful but it really wasn’t I was so calm . I was practically chilling! I’m defo coming back here.. and I would call up and book to try for yourself!
The staff at Evliss are also so friendly and chatty, they made me feel so relaxed.

As a black woman I’m very conscious about skin. I’ve always wanted to do laser treatment but didn’t just know where to start with so many options. However Evliss made the process much simpler for me. From treatment to conversation the entire process was smooth sailing!

Evliss Clinic was amazing! I was so happy to FINALLY get laser done and not have to shave ever again! I had to wait a little bit while they got the room ready for me but other than that everything was perfect. I was a little bit scared of the pain at first but when I started the treatment it only really felt like a slight tingle.
Best Clinic I ever seen so far.
