Scam.

NOT a boot, NOT orthopedic, and they sent me 4 sizes bigger than I ordered. Also incredibly ugly. Customer service is A.I. and stops responding when you want to return. I was able to prove to my credit card company that they are a scam and got a refund.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Poor quality shoes. Would not authorize a return, only an exchange, no matter how many times I reminded them of their supposed full refund if you’re not satisfied. After several emails back and forth they quit responding at all. Filed a dispute with Citicard and they never responded to them either. After a couple months Citicard gave me a full refund.

the boots i ordered were too smalleven though i ordered my normal size. i contacted cust svc and i guess i was talking the whole time to AI. I asked for return label and asked to get a size larger in the same boots. I was told to give them all kinds of info about the size and shape of my feet...which i complied with. It all went nowhere. I finally asked, after about 4 wks for a full refund was assured i get it. never re c'd the return label or instructions, never rec'd larger boots and no refund!! customer svc sucks. don't chance it.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!
These people are bad news. Boots took forever to arrive, and when they arrived they were the wrong size. Reached out to them about a replacement per their ads, and… nothing. Repeated requests get me cheerful apologetic replies assuring me that assistance is forthcoming, but no action. Wish I’d done better research!

Buyer Beware

Wish I'd have looked at reviews before ordering. Boots arrived in a plastic bag. They smelled like spray paint. Quality was very poor. Website claims to offer full refunds, but when I tried to reach out to them, they were not willing to refund 100%. I was first told unless they're damaged, no refund. Then they said I could keep them for a 30% refund. Then they upped it to 50%. I stopped payment on my credit card, and the credit card dispute was settled in my favor. The place is a total scam. Do not order from here.

I wish they had a 0 on this rating…

I wish they had a 0 on this rating scale. The company takes weeks to respond to questions. You can’t return their product!!!! They say you can, but it is impossible. I have been trying to return the product for almost 3 months. Now Mia, the customer rep, tells me you can’t return them if they don’t fit, even if you used their size guides. Horrible company

I was thrilled with my EvoComfort Snow…

I was thrilled with my EvoComfort Snow Boots at first… they were warm, comfortable and helped me navigate the snowy volcanic terrain of Iceland with relative ease. But in the first encounter with slush, my feet were soaked… these boots are NOT WATERPROOF! Needless to say, that was a dealbreaker.
When I contacted EvoComfort to take advantage of their promised “90-DAY GUARANTEE Risk-free trial, easy returns” they responded that they were sorry that I had a problem but since the boots had arrived with no defects, it was not their practice to refund! My response was to reiterate that the boots are not waterproof and THAT IS A DEFECT! They did offer to refund 1/2 of the cost and I could keep the boots. I’m taking a pass and pushing for the promised “easy return!”

Cheap, no "easy returns," crappy customer excuses with lots of excuses!

First, it took forever to get the boots. When I opened them, they are at least three inches longer than my foot. I wear a US women's 10.5 (EU 41 or 42). They sent a 44. They tried to blame the error on me, then offered replacements in the correct size (having seen the product, I had NO interest). They are cheap, poorly-made. Then they offered a 30% refund with me keeping the boots (who wants them?). Then offered a full refund if I paid to ship back (to China, no less) at a cost of more than $50. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Total SCAM

I would give a -100000 if I could. I got the boots, and they were too big. I asked for an exchange, and they offered me a 30% refund. After really looking at the boots and realizing that they are of VERY POOR quality, I asked for a full refund. After many offers of a 30% or 50% refund, they eventually stopped communicating. Their marketing is all a SCAM. They will refund NOTHING. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I don't know how I didn't see these…

I don't know how I didn't see these reviews before ordering boots. The boots were tight and the sole cheap plastic. They are obviously from China. I emailed immediatly to return. I am now going back n forth with 15 emails for the past month. They respond generically and state that the item must be defective to return. I filed a dispute with my bank. The company gave me an option of shipping back to China and paying for the shipping or to stop my dispute for a refund. I'm doing neither and determined to get a refund as the website states. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ZERO STARS!

After I received my boots

After I received my boots, I reached out to Evo Comfort saying the boots were not very warm and offered little support. I was told i could send them back and get a full refund. I wrote at least 5 emails asking for a return label. Each time I received an automated email saying a "human" would get back to me. To date, I have heard nothing. I would not recommend this company!!!!

I wish I could give lower than one…

I wish I could give lower than one star. I totally agree with the person who stated that this company keeps stalling my return. I have reached out numerous times. They have NO cusotmer service - everything is automated. So, do NOT purchase from this company. The boots took far too long the ship. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped. I am now trying to return the unopened package. In addition to LONG shipping times and no customer servicde, these same boots are available from Amazon for about 1/3 the cost. DO NOT PURCHASE - THIS IS A RIPOFF.

Scam

I was told my shoes were delivered two different times but they weren’t. I contacted the company and was told NOT to contact my credit card company while they investigated Big red flag so I did. My shoes eventually came but were too small. I contacted the company and was given the option of exchange for free or return them to China. I would receive a refund once (or if) they made it there. Then they told me I could keep the shoes and get a refund if I rescinded my dispute with my credit card company. I told them I would once my refund was issued. And now…crickets. My dispute is still pending.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! My wife ordered two pairs of boots. Both (eventually) came and both were not the sizes ordered. When customer service was contacted for a return and refund, it took a week for a reply with a promise that we'd be contacted by a representative to help us navigate the return process. We never got that follow-up. We sent two more follow-up emails and ....crickets. The "Easy Return" message on their website IS accurate though. Not responding to a customer and not dealing with returns IS easy.

Zero stars from me

Zero stars from me. I too fell for this cheap AI Mia, who keeps repeating the same question every time I send an email to the customer support team listed on their website. It’s been over a month since I received these cheap non fitting boots. I finally had to get my bank to issue a dispute. The only problem now is where to send these boots as a return. There is a warehouse address on the cheap bag that the boots were in, or an address on there website to London England. This whole thing is a scam and I wish I never purchased from this company, if you can even call them a company.

0 Stars if I could

If I could give these 0 stars, I would. When I finally received the boots, there is no way to tighten them around the ankles. I ordered them on December 5, 2025 and received them finally right after Christmas. I knew right away I couldn't wear them because they were loose around the ankles. On December 27, I asked how to return them for a refund. I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks & they finally asked me what they problem was (I had already told them twice). On 1/15/26, they offered a 50% refund & no return of boots. I told them I wanted a full refund & to return the boots. I have contacted them 5 times since then & have received no response at all.

Ordered online. 90 day return policy.
They can't find my order. Not giving up. Poor quality shoes.
Update. I have been sending emails. No one contacts me to do the refund. They keep stalling asking for an order number I don't have. They indicate that they are putting mecin touch with a live agent and nothing ever comes of it.
