It’s been a long process to get our dream van designed and converted by Adam and his team. Sometimes the mark of a great company isn’t just securing a quick easy transaction but more about how they handle set backs, difficulties and sort out problems. We’ve had few along the road but each time they haven’t wavered in ensuring things are right and problems solved. We’ve got there and are delighted with the result. The company is a scammer. I purchased a used Ford Transit Custom 2021 van from that company. The first suspicious thing was that he wanted to pay a deposit before any testing of that vehicle. After 7 days of use, it broke down. Van service found a quite long list of failures, in over £5000 to fix.
I wrote a few letters to that company, but no results or any willingness to solve that issue. So, I made a complaint to the ombudsman.
After six months of dispute, the ombudsman recognised I was right. The vehicle was returned and I received a full refund. That is my experience.
