Evolve law was working alongside my Mortgage broker and they have been amazing throughout my house buying process. They have simple ways of updating you via their app and they respond to you promptly, so you definitely do not feel any anxiety!

I had the good fortune and pleasure of being supported by Chloe throughout the process of buying a property outside of London. Right from the start I felt totally confident and reassured by Chloe and her colleagues. It was a great help to have a weekly call scheduled in for a catch-up...this could take 5 minutes or more than 15, depending on where we were in the process; it was at the same time on the same day every week. At all times Chloe kept me in the loop and updated. It was a great experience all round and best of all, and so refreshing, Chloe and her colleagues communicated in plain, simple English. Emily - thank you!!! Evolve Law were recommended to us by a friend and it was evident from the initial conversation and quote that they were the right people for the job. The quote was emailed immediately (we waited days for others and some never received) and it was broken down into every individual cost with a clear final price (unlike quite a few others we received). The online portal was brilliant and such an easy tool to use for accessing and uploading documents, as well as completing forms and tracking progress.

Our house move was far from smooth and a hell of a lot of work was put in by Emily and the team to try and salvage the sale with our original buyers. PLEASE do your research and also ask which solicitor your buyers are using as a quick look at the reviews tells you everything you need to know.

Basically overnight, we had a new buyer and fast track 39 days later, we completed yesterday!! I’m sure Emily never wants to hear from me again, but we owe her everything. We used Evolve Law for both our sale and purchase and really appreciated the service they provided for both. Chloe was our main contact and she was attentive, helpful and clear in all the dealings we had with her. Our transactions were relatively straightforward but Chloe was still happy to answer all our queries both through phone or email. Also if Chloe wasn't available at all, all other team members were confident to check latest status on our file and answer queries, rather than just pass onto our main contact which is really refreshing compared to some other customer service experiences.
