The Evolve team have been very helpful to get things solved.

But there is an issue when order a board: it is not possible to return it because you can not send a 500wh battery back without declaring it as dangerous goods (and most freight companies just refuse it). Evolve need to send a board with a return label (Evolve can always charge for the return)

Easy to order thanks to a simple website. Another good thing is the fast handling and shipping.

I bought 2 electric skateboards, Carbon GT, 2018, and GTX 2019, I only had remote problems, but they fixed it, it was still guarantee, and they sent me one for free 😅 great customer service, helpful, and always answering 😅 My skateboards still works, one is 2,5 year old now, other one 1,5 year, they will need some maintenance in the future, but as I say, great customer service 🙃😅, and looking forward to use their skateboards in the future too 👌

Service beyond what anyone can expect!
I have only very good experience whit them.
They have answered my mail whit in 15min even late evenings.
Once I had to send my board back, it took DHL 4 days to get to Germany but next day it was fixed and on the way back!
If you have ever tried a bad customer service then you will be so surprised by evolve, they really work for you and make you feel like a part of a family!

The website is horrible and the service is even worse. I waited almost 2 months on my order even though the website said I would get my order in 2-3 weeks. I wrote an email after 3 weeks because I hadn’t heard anything. I was told to hang on a bit more.
After waiting two more weeks I wrote another email and a guy called Jens wrote he was sorry and we made a deal because of the long wait and the very bad service I experienced so I though. Jens from Evolve stopped answering suddenly and funny enough my order was “shipped” the day after even though DHL first got the order two days after. So suddenly Jens stopped replying even though his colleague said he would.

Evolve is an amazing brand and I can only recommend their boards but the people running the .de website is not doing anything good for the brand in Europe. I hope Evolve HQ will take this complaint very seriously because this behavior in 2018 will scare people away from the brand because the only true dealer on Evolve is the .de website in Europe.
(I mean the receipt you get is not translated to English and the whole website is not at all ecommerce 2018 or 2006 for that matter)

P.s. The first time I ordered something I had the same experience, so this is not a one time experience.
