Product was as described and worked well until it didn’t and then I couldn’t get any support from them. No response weeks later. No device manuals available online for troubleshooting either.

Totally unreliable
Totally unreliable. The App didnt charge my car, but I had to pay anyhow. I contact the company but they dont react. Now the App somehow stopped working and shows a malfunctions alert.

Bought the 11KW 3 phase tethered…
Bought the 11KW 3 phase tethered charger and had it installed buy a qualified electrician. It will only charge off one phase at 3.5kw and the porduct manual in the box says 32A but the label on the unit says 16A and it wont charge my VW touareg hybrid at all. It has taken weeks of phone calls and emails for customer service to respond with no refund, no exchange no nothing. You get what you pay for I guess. I hope no one else gets caught out buy this fraudulent company
