My item came broken and when I talked to customer service they could only offer store credit, but they were nice enough to also include the shipping fee so that I would not have to pay for shipping for the repurchase of my item. Genuinely made my day, I have never encountered a brand that was this generous and kind.

A little while ago I ordered some earrings. They never even arrived. For all I am guessing, the earrings did not even ship. The updates never showed up on my shop app and I emailed the company, I got no response. I never got my money back. Thankfully I only bought one pair of earrings so I didn't lose too much money but still, this situation just demonstrated unprofessionalism and I will definitely not be buying from them again. In fact, when someone tells me they buy from Evry Jewels, I bring up the fact that they completely never sent me my order because I do not want other people do go through the same thing and give this company their money.

They gave high quality jewelry, and I will be buying more items form them.

The delivery service is superrr fast and easy, they send you updates regularly and even let you know if your order may take longer due to demands. The quality of the jewellery is just great and i love their waterproof collection, the jewellery doesn't tarnish when coming into contact with water and beauty products( aslong as you order from the waterproof collection), and finally, they send the jewellery in pink packages and even give free stickers, 5 star experience. thanks so much!!

I love Evry's jewlery! I can wear them all the time, and I never have to worry about them tarnishing or going gross. They are the only earrings I wear! My package also always comes super quick. 10/10 all the time!
