I haven’t gotten my package

I haven’t gotten my package yet nor any updates about it. And I know you guys are just going to end up refunding my money without giving me my jewelry or at least something to placate me. Meaning you will have just held on to my money for two weeks giving me nothing in return that’s not fair.

Please pack our orders with more care!

Well, I didn't like how little plastic bags with products inside got wrinkled. I was going to give those plastic bags inside another bags, but they look not nice, ugly. Please pack our orders more carefully.
