It was AWFULLLLL. I ORDERED A FEW THINGS FROM THEM BUT TURNS OUT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND TOOK MY MONEY. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND BACK DESPITE MULTIPLE EMAILS SENT! I AM FURIOUS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE FOR REAL!!

I ordered over £100 worth of clothes. Items were returned following the advised return process. This cost me £15.
The items didn't reach the address (in china) so have apparently been returned.
This transaction begun in April. I have no items and am down the £15 plus the initial outlay. They no longer reply to emails

Ordered a dress which arrived late and also did not fit. When asking for returns address was advised they would charge me £30+ to return (dress itself was £45).

They’ve since agreed to give me a 50% refund and I can keep the dress to sell on or do whatever with.

Refund was agreed beginning of June, since agreeing this they have gone silent and still not issued my refund. Apperently waiting for the accounting team to ‘confirm’.

Appalling customer service, it’s no wonder they closing down.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Absolute scam of a ‘company’!

if i could do less than one I would!!! quality of items is vile! lying that they are closing down when they are just based in asia! won’t offer a return ended up accepting a 40% return nearly a month ago and still waiting for the money!! very upset and wish i would have avoided! should be ashamed of themselves

Has anyone ever received a refund? I sent my parcel back 5 weeks ago and now they are not replying to me!!!!!

I I ordered a dress for our silver wedding anniversary after researching the company and seeing it was UK-based – or so I thought. I placed my order with confidence, expecting reliable delivery and service.

Unfortunately, the dress didn’t arrive in time and when it finally did, the sizing was way off – far too small despite following the size guide. That’s when the real problems started.

I requested a return and was shocked to be told I’d need to send the item back to China at my own expense – around £30 for return postage! Nowhere during checkout was this made clear, and I feel completely misled.

This experience has been stressful, disappointing, and expensive. No wonder the business is shutting down – this kind of customer service just isn’t acceptable. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend it to others

Do not order from this company. They say they are based in London but it is really Asia. Took 3 weeks to receive dresses that were not true to size. The return address on the parcel is Southall London, then they want you to pay a fortune to return to Asia, which will get lost in transit and no refund will be received.

I have emailed three times in seven days to inform them my dress is faulty ! I have still not had a reply . I have had to go through the trouble of raising a dispute claim with my bank !! Disgraceful customer services

I would give this company -5 stars if I could!
They do not make their returns policy clear. It also takes extremely long to receive your order.
It costs more to return your item that it does to buy it. Absolutely not worth it.
Rather wear an actual rag from the side of the road than make a purchase from this company.

I never ever leave reviews, so just know that this company is especially shocking for me to have done so.

Ordered 3 dresses for this company who claim to be in London. When I tracked my parcel it was coming from China so no wonder it took over 2 weeks to arrive, in which time the event I had ordered them for had passed. On the day I received them I tried them on and they were all too small plus they sent me a completely different dress to what I ordered. I emailed on the same day I received them and have been going back and forth trying to get the details on how to return. They keep telling me it has to be returned to China at my own cost (which is fine) but that it will also likely get lost. I have asked 3 times for the address to return and they keep palming me off. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased as I am now £123 out of pocket. ABSOLUTE SCAM. No wonder they are now closing down.

This company is a total disaster! Please DO NOT BE FOOLED. I have been waiting for my order for over two weeks thinking it is coming from a London based warehouse. When it came the colour was completely different, quality appauling and shape of the dress awful! I wanted to return it and they were trying to offer me some rubbish deals and now have to pay lots of money for return to CHINA! Outrageous. Scam!!

Do not order from this company - its a rip off! 6 weeks delivery and then to tell me i cant return without paying £30 and if the parcel is damaged in transit i wont get a refund!!!

Ordered a jumpsuit advertised as cotton/linen with pockets. Received a polyester version with no pocket and different features. Refund was denied unless I returned it to China at my own cost. Proceeding with chargeback and reporting to Trading Standards.

Do not order from them. They have falsely advertised as a London store (even with a location pin for London on their website) and they are not. The dress I received took 3 weeks to arrive and was poor quality. On top of that they were asking me to pay £30 to return the item (the dress cost me £45), and couldn’t explain why it doesn’t say anywhere on their website that returns will need to be made internationally. On top of that they expressed that they couldn’t guarantee the item would return to them given the international address and my refund will only be processed once they receive the dress. I’ve complained to trading standards.

Do not order from this website it’s a scam. I ordered a denim jumpsuit the material was awful and to return you need to pay £30 postage. I’ve reported to trading standards.

Absolute scam

Same as everyone else, bought the dress and it arrived being of the cheapest most rubbish material and didn't look anything like the pictures. Returns process won’t work, they won’t provide an address to return it to.

Also the absolute GALL to say that returns are bad for the environment from a fast fashion sweatshop in China is absolutely mind blowing.

It’s all a load of rubbish. Nothing you buy looks remotely like the photos. Poorly made. Cheap rubbish.

I would strongly discourage anyone to order anything from these scam artists. Using fake images and shipping from China.

Claim to offer refunds but ignore messages.

Awful company. They are based in China and do not offer returns. I tried to return items and got told it’s £30 in postage, which I said was fine and to please send me the address… they have come back to me 5 times with an increased offer each time as they clearly do not want me to send things back. The last offer was “we can send you a FREE item from our webshop OR 50% refund of your total order value”. When I eventually said ok, they have refunded me 50% back on just the return items and said it’s my misunderstanding. The clothes are of terrible quality and I do not want to keep them however that is what they continue to offer. When I have complained at the refund amount they have said:
“That said, to clarify our return policy: full refunds are issued for the specific items you wish to return, provided they are faulty or not as described.“
