The service (UseNet, access, availability) is perfect, paymant methods are better as in the beginning. I'll give five stars if you would not simply let the payment period expire, but send me a reminder shortly before the end -- or much more better simply use your direct debit mandate (SEPA Doorlopende Machtiging).

Your service is not the best but it is good…
Your service is not the best but it is better than 90% of the others. I rate you very good for that service, but why can't your retention of older posts remain.
Also your download speeds vary, sometimes downloads are flawless and very fast, but at other times they are very slow, and it is not my internet connection have GIG speed internet.
Something has changed in the way multiple posts are downloaded and viewed very slow to appear and view after they are downloaded.
These are maybe somethings to improve. But like I said your better than 90% of the others at the cost for your service. Thank You
