As a summary: The quality of the chair is as what you expected, however the customer service of the company is worst aspect of it. Do not purchase a product off them until they improved their communication skills.
In Detail:
I previously ordered an Ewin Knight Series chair off them at May 7th 2020. The expected date for the chair to arrive is around 2-5 days. They haven't sent any confirmation email (except Paypal) or even an order number for me to track.
I thought it might've been an error, so I messaged them via email (in accordance to when they're available written on their website). It took them A DAY to response, and they came back saying that the chairs will be delayed till the 22nd of May, which I understand due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
May 22nd arrived, I still haven't received any emails from them regarding updates to my order or even my order number. I messaged them the day after asking them for any updates on my chair. They responded HALF AN HOUR later stating that it will be further delayed on the 29th, without even giving me an order number.
This is when I decide to request for a refund, which they agreed to, with a simple response of "No problem." No dear sir, no date given on when I can be given of my refund, nothing. This reflects their professionality within their customer service.
I asked them when can I receive my refund, there wasn't any reply WITHIN THREE DAYS. And during those three days I requested for a refund via Paypal by submitting a case about my current situation.
On May 28th is when the company was made aware of the Paypal case I made since I wanted a refund, note that they didn't give me any confirmation for the refund during the time I requested for one. They responded back saying:
"Dear,
Sorry to reply later, there is a big delay for the container, but the chairs will be arrived at our warehouse on 29th, the chair will be shipped out in the first week of June, could you wait few days and close the case on PayPal? Thanks."
No regards to the refund whatsoever.
At this point I gave up and continued with getting my chair, I managed to get my order number from them and received my chair on the intended date.
This is my experience with the customer service, it is horrendous and I wish that they could make improvements on communication.
If you really want to buy a gaming chair or desk, I'd suggest looking into other REPUTABLE companies that offer better quality in their communication.
DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT MENTION "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE". Please report them as they are simply false.
