Misleading pricing – very poor experience
After completing my purchase, I was contacted and told I needed to pay an additional £340 for “special packaging or excessive weight”.
If this charge was legitimate, it should have been clearly disclosed at checkout, not introduced after the order was placed. Discovering such a significant extra cost only after committing to the purchase feels misleading and unfair.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I will never buy from them again and will also be reporting this matter to Trading Standards so these practices can be reviewed.
Very disappointing.

I ordered a Kärcher SE2 Spot Cleaner from ewooow and overall had a positive experience.
The order processing took a few days, but the item was eventually shipped with GLS and delivered to Finland via Matkahuolto without any issues. Tracking information was provided and worked correctly. The package arrived safely, well packed, and the product was exactly as described.
Customer service replied to my inquiry and the delivery was completed successfully. The price was competitive and payment with Klarna was convenient.
I would recommend ewooow, especially if you are not in a rush and carefully follow the tracking updates.

I made an order on 10th Dec 2025, it is 21st Jan 2026 and there has been no update whatsoever on it since the order was placed, Reply says I was informed of stock issue, yes but that made no difference to the status of my order, it was still in pending state from when it was ordered. no tracking info provided, only some seriously dodgy link which wanted me to install a paid for app to see the tracking info, i mean what the hell.
Funnily enough they were able to take my money for the order, that part went ok.
Now in trying to get an update I get AI bots telling me they have no update and there is nothing I can do about it, can't cancel it, there is no update, have a good day.
Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Do not use this store if you're a UK customer extra delivery fees will be added after yo pay original delivery fee.
I used ewooow.com to buy a watch it took 10 days to come (no big problem its an Italian company)
My perches was £158 upon perches i was told a delivery fee of £15 at no point was it pointed out there will be extra to pay not anywhere through my checkout process did i see extra fee may be added.
As my purchase was about to arrive i was to told by UPS an extra payment of £46 is expected.
I contacted ewooow for a explanation i was swiftly to its basically my problem now as im a UK costumer i have to pay the duty on the delivery even thow i wasn't told on perches . Its not mentioned on my perches orders or any emails i received
The package wight is 0.5kg so be careful UK any larg orders may get very expensive .
I went back on ewooow.com and went through another order to see if i missed the added fees i coldent find them ( or its hidden)

I ordered a blender and received a faulty item. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement or refund, I was told to contact another party because the product is supposedly covered under a European warranty. I have never encountered this kind of response from a retailer when an item is not fit for use. I would not recommend this online shop, as it only results in wasted time and money.

The item purchased was not possible to deliver so they offered me a few alternative options. I chose a refund (one of the options), but the company never responded to this request. I needed my bank to force the cash refund.

Like recent reviews I ordered and paid for a LG TV only to be told that there would be an additional £199 charge due to weight and packaging despite my paying a delivery charge. Initially they said if I paid it, they would send me a credit note that I could redeem on their site. When I refused, they cancelled my order. As of this morning, you could still order this item at the price I paid. Seems a bit suspicious to me and would advise avoiding this site in future.

I placed an order for an LG 77C54LA OLED TV and paid a deposit using a valid promotional voucher. An invoice was issued confirming the agreed price.
Shortly after, I was informed that the product was out of stock and the order was cancelled by the retailer. While the deposit is being refunded, the voucher was marked as used and not reinstated.
What is particularly concerning is that the same product was then relisted multiple times at increasing prices, and when I attempted to place a new order, the webshop actively denied my payment, despite using valid payment methods.
As a result of this experience, I have had to initiate formal complaints and pursue the matter through official consumer protection channels. I intend to follow this process through to resolution.
Cancelling a valid order due to stock issues, increasing the price afterwards, withholding a promotional voucher, and blocking payment attempts is extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress. I have all proof for all my claims!
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this webshop.
They upcharge you 100eur for shipping after you’ve completed your purchase.
Paid 640eur for the 55” TV and 14eur for shipping.
After the purchase you get an email about the shipping and that you need to pay for ”specialized protective packaging” for 100euro!!
Everyone knows that TVs are shipped with the packaging that comes from the manufacturer, not that it matters since it’s the sellers responsibility.
This is just a scam to try and upcharge the consumer by holding your money hostage.
