Examine.com is my most trusted and favorite website! I use it every time I (or someone I know) is wondering about a supplement or going to begin a new one. Examine reads all the latest studies to stay up-to-date with cutting edge information so I never feel like the information I'm getting is old and has since been proven wrong. They sell nothing aside from better organized/easier to read information (i.e. supplement guides or study summaries including information that is otherwise freely available), so you can trust that they're not lying to you to sell you a product. An absolutely perfect website.

I've been using Examine for a couple of years now as part of my professional development as a nutritionist, and recently purchased membership to gain access to even more of the detailed, scientifically-based, trustworthy articles. These are an ideal complement to my own research and a great place to start a deeper dive into a particular topic.

I'm in my mid 40's and have been digging deeper into my health. Through this process I found it harder and harder to trust resources online because the deeper I dug, the more I found that so-called experts seemed to 1) enjoy fame over fact and 2) were somehow too invested in heavily defending one side of things, without mindfully addressing opposing arguments in a non-emotional, scientific manner.

Examine.com is simply CLEAR AND DIRECT - both 1) in their mission to avoid accepting payment from companies that may have a conflicting interest to the study results and 2) in their research and explanation of such study results.

Sadly, this type of clear and direct communication is lacking these days, and I'm thankful to have come across examine.com.

Plus, they have great simple summaries that dumb it down - much needed for me :)
