Rude, Inconsistent, Oppositional, just awful.
Rude, inconsistent (accepted files for a print job, then when we repeated the job a fortnight later refused the SAME FILES saying they weren't correct. Reuploaded three times and they still wouldn't accept them. Finally the Philipino 'customer service rep' called me a liar when I pointed out that I have 30 years in the design for print business, which was the final straw.
The print quality is also not all that. Posters we had done were OK, but Spot UV business cards were really disappointing, looked cheap ropey, like fakes or bad samples.
They may have reasonable pricing (not always), but really not worth the hassle. The products are at best average and they don't give a "fig" about customers, you can do so much better.
