DO NOT buy CUT-COOL cutting fluid!

I try to use local manufacturers were possible, BUT this time I DO NOT RECOMMEND using the CUT-COOL metal working fluid from Excalibur Hygiene Ltd. The fluid dissolves tram oil! Initially thought the system was contaminated. Flushed the system with biocide system cleaner, fresh new solution. And same - within weeks gradually all the tram oil from the tram oil skimmer gets dissolved. And the worst bit - called the company, explained the situation, and was told they only sell the cutting fluid and it is not their problem, hung up the phone! Follow up calls were ignored, message left to management not called back. Email send with the "ask receipt" request cam back as "deleted without reading". A spit into a face for using their products!

Remarkable customer service.

Amazing service, easy to contact, great staff who are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and who offer tremendous customer service. Go out of their way to be supportive and helpful. Very competitive price. Have recommended them to all my friends and at least 10 have now used them and agree with my sentiments. Wouldn’t use any other company.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Ordered PCR and got to fly tests from this company, received emails to state has been dispatched next day delivery, waited 4 days to no avail. Emailed the company to no avail, rang the company and waited 1 hour 40 mins to get through, to be told the systems are down and cannot retrieve my details. I asked the staff (Ellis) for a full refund as I could not trust them to send kits out in time. He took my email and details of order and informed me that a full refund will be transferred within 4-10 working days!! I won’t hold my breath and I don’t think this will be the end of it. There was no apology, and no reason to why my test kits got lost in the post. Do not use this unprofessional company. I wish I had read previous reviews.

Do not use - not fit for purpose

We ordered Covid travel tests which arrived promptly. To register your Lateral Flow Test before you return home, you have to download the Excalibur Test to Go app. There is NO Android app!!! It is not on the app store and the QR code they provide does not link!!
A disgrace. You cannot register your test result necessary to return home.
Fortunately, we discovered this before travelling, and my daughter has an iphone and ipad, so we got around it.
This Company should be struck off. Do not use.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff

Everyone that I have dealt with at Excalibur has been very, helpful and knowledgeable. The world of sanitizer is a minefield and they really know what they're talking about.

Always received excellent service and enjoyed helpful and friendly advice

Have used Excalibur Hygiene for a number of years for supplies of hand care products for my business. Always received excellent service and enjoyed helpful and friendly advice when needed. At the height of the Coronavirus pandemic I understand they were utterly overwhelmed, to the extent that it was difficult to get in touch with them. I think that the negative reviews I've seen submitted at that time are rather unfair.

go Jo soap refiles

Hi i ordered a box of 6 800 ml go Jo soap refiles,Delivered yesterday. badly packaged one was broken wet and leaking .i signed for them as damaged as i needed them .i reported to the company and was told thee was nothing thy could do as i did not have photos. i wont be using this company again.

Placed an order in March - revised delivery arrived today

Placed an order in early March and after numerous emails they responded apologising profusely for the delay, explaining that supplies they had been promised had not been forthcoming. They offered alternatives and the revised order arrived today.

Thank you, but even allowing for the current times better communication would improve customer satisfaction.

Placed order March 6th - no sign of product

Placed order March 6th. Money taken at once, but 2 emails and phone call since nothing has arrived - 22nd April. I accept that business must be busy, but there is no communication of any sort so they have now had the benefit of my money for 6+ weeks and I have nothing to show for it. I don't know if it is a staffing or supply issue, or incompetence and milking this pandemic - the fact that my money was taken instantly makes me suspicious. Most companies don't take your money until the order is fulfilled, so I feel that they are accepting orders, and taking money, when they know that they cannot fulfill all of the orders. In effect, they are treating us as a bank loan, with no inconvenient interest or paper trail. I shall now have to raise a complaint either with PayPal or my credit card company in order to have my money refunded, since there seems not to be any way to communicate with them. Happy to update review if my order arrives before my complaints procedure is completed.

Does not deserve to be in business. Avoid
As per others here, placed an order in good faith at end of February. Took my money, and have not heard from them since. It is now April 15th. Understood that volumes will have been high, but their complete and total lack of any correspondence is just rubbish. If there were too many customers to notify you should have put an apology on the website in stead of continuing to try and profiteer.

No communication on placed order (#4481)…

Placed an order on 6th March (#4481) and was told it was being processed - 10 -15 day delay.

The money was taken instantly from my account. I understand completely that there is inevitable delays but the total lack of communication, the inability to phone and that my emails are rejected has left me completely frustrated.

I understand that the company must be busy but they must realise that no communication on order.

Have I been scammed? Is there a genuine delay? Is there any hope of the order being fulfilled? I have absolutely no idea which leads me to give only one star and cannot recommend anyone else give their money to this company at this time.

I will be happy to update this if I receive my order or some communication when it might arrive. Else I will have to call my bank and mark this transaction as fraud.

Terrible company don’t trust them

Terrible company don’t trust them . Promised and promised to fulfill my order and after 4 weeks waiting they refunded !
2 days after placed my order they doubled the price of the product I bought which was way over priced to begin with . It was hand sanitizer . Do not order from this company they have no morals and are sharks !!!!
I’ll bet they gave my hand sanitizer to people who ordered well after I did but paid more .
Absolute Greed and taking advantage of the current situation .
