Unreliable and poor communicators
The company are poor communicators, do not have a complaints procedure to speak of and are unreliable. I was waiting for a delivery of a wheelchair, I did not receive any confirmation of when it would be delivered by the time their 5-7 working days delivery window expired so I emailed and they advised it would be with me by today (24/6).
I cleared my schedule, paid a carer to be on standby to assist with the delivery today but still hadn't heard from them. Emailed again, to be told "there's delays but it'll be with you at some point and you'll hear the day before it arrives". Asked to escalate a complaint, was told I was already dealing with the director in my emails (really?!) and basically told to suck it up. Was not offered a new confirmed date for delivery, the option to cancel the order for a refund, or even a sincere feeling apology.
Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, and I expected better from a company dealing primarily with disabled people. If you plan to get a wheelchair stay away from this company.

The bolts are really cheap and 1 broke…
The bolts are really cheap and 1 broke in half when trying to tighten them, and I didn't use much force, and unfortunately they give you an exact number of bolts/nuts/washers so I'm out a bolt. The stoppers/chucks slip on concrete floor when you try to put your bike on the dolly. I had to put on end against the wall to stop the dolly from moving forward when I rolled my bike on so it wouldn't slip. There should be rubber at the bottom of them to stop the dolly from moving. Other than this, the quality of the metal is great.
