Excellent service. Purchased ugg slippers online on Friday and they arrived Monday morning to Ireland. Product was as described and very happy with them. Safe to say I will definitely be shopping with excel clothing in the future.

Super store, product and staff!

Love it! Good choice for men as well as ladies and children. Staff are very pleasant helpful.

Approach with caution
I ordered first time from this store .. based on the good reviews I decided to purchase a Tommy puffer coat… once purchasing I realised that I entered an incorrect email address… my fault !!! So immediately emailed the store and asked for a copy of order and receipt to be emailed to the correct email address.. emailed me back and said sorry can’t do … bit shocked to say the least .. but sat back and just accepted the fact that my coat would be delivered as a surprise!! To date no coat .. thankgod I purchased it on my credit card .. so guys buy with caution!!!!!

Great range of clothing from day to night, knowledgeable staff and I can shop for the whole family in one place! Fantastic clothes and always a lovely experience

Really nice atmosphere in this shop! Staff were very attentive and helped me find something suitable for my husband for his birthday. I tried on a couple of tops in the womenswear department and was really delighted when the staff member ‘went the extra mile’ and contacted the Bangor Excel clothing shop, to make sure I got the size I needed. Will definitely be back to do some Christmas shopping and highly recommend Excel clothing to others

Fantastic shop with beautiful range of clothing. Bought my wife UGG slippers online for Christmas and they were delivered next day. Absolutely first class service and very prompt delivery. Will definitely be ordering again.

The staff are absolutely excellent. Very pleasant and willing to help. I am never disappointed. The online delivery service is excellent as well, very quick and efficient. The clothes are top quality. Extremely impressed and happy.

Perfect sizing , great fit and quality of material . Highly recommend the hoodie to wear for all year round.

Great selection of designer clothes and extremely helpful staff. Had a wonderful shopping experience!

First class service both in store and online. A fantastic range of clothing to choose from and priced competitively.

Discovered this store in Newtownards. It was superb. Since then I've been shopping online there, and it's always a great experience. Quick delivery and exceptional customer service.

Cracking shop and some nice stuff.
Will be back .

Ordered my partner a new coat for Christmas. Coat apparently gets delivered whilst I was out, left in meter cupboard, wasn't there, contacted excel. They tell me it's with my neighbour, I know she's out the country... so it wasn't with her. 2 weeks later they tell me its been a confirmed delivery and that's it? But I haven't received the item and they couldn't care less about refunding me.

Brilliant, excellent customer service.

Fantastic range of clothing and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Excel clothing to anyone in the Ards / Bangor area

Always a great experience shopping at Excel! The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and they carry such an amazing range of brands - always a great place to shop but especially this time of year when looking for gifts for friends and family!
