This was honestly one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any company. The cleaner turned up 45 minutes late, did a terrible job, damaged the sink, and left the toilet unclean. The company then ignored every call and email for over three weeks, refusing to take any responsibility. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional and careless behaviour.

I had booked this company for a deep bathroom and oven clean at 10 a.m. on our moving-out day, so timing was absolutely crucial. The cleaner arrived 45 minutes late, after I’d called every 10 minutes for updates. Each time he told me “I’ll be there any second,” which was clearly untrue. When he finally arrived, he didn’t apologise. Later, he said he was late because he “wanted to spend more time with his brother.” Whether that was a lie he made up on the spot or just the weakest excuse imaginable, it’s completely unprofessional.

The cleaning itself was disgraceful. The bathroom sink, which was originally white, was left with a large grey mark, likely from scrubbing too hard or using the wrong cleaning product. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all.

When I contacted the company, they were nearly impossible to reach. Most of my calls went unanswered, and when someone finally picked up, he was dismissive and defensive. Their excuse? That the toilet “isn’t included in a bathroom clean.” That’s absurd and impossible to verify, because their website isn’t even properly built. It’s basically a placeholder site filled with Latin text, and you can’t book anything through it. You have to email or call them to arrange a service, and there’s no information anywhere about what’s actually included in a bathroom clean.

They promised to call me back on Monday to sort it out. That was over three weeks ago. Since then, I’ve emailed and called multiple times, and they’ve ignored everything, even after I warned them I’d consider legal action.

At this point, I genuinely don’t think this company is legitimate. Their social media looks ridiculous. It’s full of half-arsed, half-baked, AI-generated and iStock photos showing supposed “cleaning jobs” that clearly aren’t theirs. They’ve just taken random photos off the internet and posted them. If you look closely in the comments, it’s always the same handful of people leaving these fake “positive” reviews, which makes it all feel like one big scam. Their posts are full of spelling and grammar mistakes, which makes me think the person running the account is the same one who turned up to clean. Honestly, it seems like a one-man operation pretending to be a company.

Please don’t fall for it. They are unreliable, careless, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company entirely.

*When I tried to post this on Google, I found out they’ve restricted who can leave reviews, which says a lot. Clearly, there must be plenty of negative reviews they’re trying to hide.

They are indeed Excellent and Professional in their services.

Absolutely terrible. Booked an end of tenancy clean and all they did were give the windows a wipe and dust everywhere. The property didn’t look much different than before they started. Light switches were still dirty, inside of drawers still had spills in there, kitchen cabinet drawer and cupboard handles were sticky. Avoid
