We worked very closely with Suvidh and Kat in our journey of refinancing two existing mortgages as well as get two new mortgages for new properties we were picking.

Whist the refinance was relatively an easy undertaking, getting investment properties under a new trust entity at the best rates was not just a big challenge, but more like - mission impossible and the team in Exceller8 Finance took up the challenge and delivered.

In fact, we were had almost finalised our application through another broker, but after a casual chat with Suvidh, we realised that our existing broker had overlooked a few key points which was very disappointing.
